count me in guys...
before ages i used to skateboard for several years.
been quite familiar with flips,jumps etc..
was scared of rail,slides etc..
i miss it a lot, still hopin that it will come back, even i am getting older and older...
fortunatly we still have a snowboards:)))
  ..my hovercraft is full of eels...

yeah man, snowboarding is good for when you get old and don't want to fall on concrete anymore  (just don't eat it on the hardpack!)
The best is strapping on a cd player with trance music and bombing down a huge hill, carving turns all the way. Trance and snowboarding. Heaven!

Skaters are sexy!
I'm too big of a wuss to try it out but I've always loved watching my psyskate friends do their magic... and there's quite a few of them out there!
I want to try snowboarding soon though...

I'm skateboarder since I was 9 years old,
Has anyone ever go to party with an injured leg??
The way people looks at you when they see you dancing with this metal poles that allows you to walk(some of them told me:You for sure have to love it as to come with injured leg) ...
Each fall makes me realize concrete is still as hard as last fall..

Living in a 20 000 inhabitants city, not too small, not so big.. I use to ride a longboard for my moves in the town.. buying cigarettes, a few shopping to do, visit some friends, meet new clients, hehe..
Funnier than bicycle.. And the young skateboard kids always stare at me because of the size of the board haha..
Note : Even if it is extremely dangerous (because you cannot hear the cars anymore) it is jouissif to ride with some headphones and cool music !

I don't skate, but I mountain and road bike. Sometimes I would like to bring a portable CD player and listen to psy while zooming through the streets, but cant cause it skips.  I guess I need a mp3 player. |

So much heartwarming memories of an experiential period, without a doubt! Ten years ago, more or less, when you could see frequently groups of skaters at the streets and roads, using almost every assistance to skete over.
Personally, rollerblades was my favourite instrument, while verts were my assignment
There were quite many skate-parks at that time in israel (Crazy-roller, 'Hutsot-Hamifrats' skate-park, Romema, legendary 'Sportek' etc), still a bit poor in comparison to europe and the us, but that was blessed then.
Well, i can't remember trancists inside the groups. The dominant music was mainly rock, heavy metal and any other certain song which made you move (on the skate). I had the pleassure and honnor to meet wonderful people, real and peaceful, even met some of them during the last years in parties.
After this nostalgic topic, i guess i'll dig strongly in order to find my skate, and think intensively about upgrading it to field one, for the wild nature, u know |

I used to ride my board between 12-16, and after a 5 years "break" I finally did a some what of a "comeback" to the boardmania and bought myself a new board in January this year. Now I'm back in the swamp, and it feels great! Summer's here, let's bring on some old trance in the headphones and hook up with friends for some flippin'! Ride your boards friends!  |
