Hi all,
I understand that Simon Posford is now working with Alan Parsons on a new project. I was wondering if anybody knew anything about whats going on with that project, If there is anywhere I could to have a listen on what has already been produced etc. Please help!! I wake up in the nights thinking about what its going to sound like - must listen quick or else I may implode - I am the eye in the sky looking at you.

Wow! I didn´t know about that, but now i´m also looking forward to hearing the stuff they'll produce since they both are amazing artists.

If anyone knows about this I´m really interested as well.           Search for life.

From http://www.globaldance.com/InterviewHallucinogen.htm

Future Collaborations?

DAMION: Anybody on the scene you're working with on top secret collaborations right now?
SIMON: Whoever turns up next, I guess.... <laughs> Actually Merv, from Eat Static lives close by, and we keep meaning to do a collaboration... as soon as we both have time. And Ed from Ozric Tentacles called to ask a technical question about the DR16, and we spoke about doing a tune together. On a bizarre note, I have just done a collaboration with Alan Parsons (engineer of Dark Side of the Moon) for his 'Alan Parsons Project'...

@Mike A: Alan Parsons is the legendary Producer of the likes of Pink Floyd and the Beatles. One could say he is the father (or one of the fathers) of the psychedelic sound that was very popular in the late 50's to the early 70's. His music from his own project (Alan Parsons Project) has been a big inspiration to many psychedelic trance pioneers I am sure.

I can't believe this!!!

The connections were true then... I discovered Alan Parson when I was 8 years old, as my father has got the 4 vinyl pack that he released. That was my beggining in electronic-bizarre-psychedelic music hehe... around 9 years later... I discovered psytrance! Now, they join...

Just listen to this

I don´t know if it´s true, but a DJ at the Trancendece Festival (where Simon Posford made a live PA and a DJ set) told me Raja is mixing the 3 shpongle album... Anybody can confirm this?

funnily, i heard a demo track the other day from an upcoming artist in India, which had a trance version of "Eye in the Sky". Has a sample which goes - "you can't read my mind, can you".
