Shulman sample in Logic Bomb track

Is that only me or Logic Bomb's - "Unlimited" track has samples from Shulman's - "Elements". Check out 5th minute in Shulman's track, and from 2:38 in Logic Bomb's track. Interesting...

Weird stuff, though i quite sure that it wasnt't intentially, i just found a sample cd with some rhythms that appeared in the Shulman cd.

yeah... also astrix in his track
Astrix - Kali (1:44 until 1:48
used a sample from Yahel & I.Zen - For The People
0:02 - 0:06
and also eyal barkan used that sample from
Yahel & I.Zen - For The People
in his track
eyal barkan - love forever 0:00 - 0:04
many artists use samples that was already used in other tracks, some of them steal the samples (i sure that eyal barkan was aware of this  and also astrix)
some just don't know that.

what is steal ??
they use same bank of samples,so everybody who dont work on his own sample banks (and its only few ppl) somewhere use the same samples all.

Well actually it's kinda itching me everytime i hear a track that uses the same sample, and i don't mean a sample from Matrix or something overused like this. I mean like, this Logic Bomb track that obviously has samples from Shulman track. Come on, these guys can do better than that, and i am quite sure that it wasn't a preset in some synth or from some Sample CD. I am just worry that Trance will get to some saturation point and then it will become more like Rap where everybody's sampling from each other. That's all, for now.

in most cases i know the artists didn't know that another artist is using it , so it's not that logic heard shulman's track & said :
"cool sample , lets use it... "

Nothing wrong with samples.
But the thing that interested me for a long time - is it legal to use some sample from a CD with samples without any mark that you used that sample?
And what about permissions when you amke a remix? EG i made a remix to Voodoo People by Prodigy - what should i do to release it?
