2. deep dive corp - once upon the sea of blissful.. (p.m. fm's oceandrive rmx)
3. total eclipse - dorset perception
4. gaudi - dorset perception
5. brothomstates - star shpongled banner
6. esionjim - blissful
7. brothomstates - star shpongled banner (2nd mix)
8. shpongle - dmt
9. eat static - and the day turned to night
10. ott - around the world in tea daze
11. dickster - shpongle skulls
12. tristan - my head feels like a frisbee
starts to look kinda interesting.. i wonder if that many tracks will actually fit on one cd?
so..
#1 chilled or stomped?
#2 definetly chilled..
#3 most have heard this? i wasn't too impressed
#4 not too familiar with gaudi's style..
#5 i've never heard a good brothomstates track (haven't heard many of their tracks though)
#6 must be a chilled one.. esionjim is good!
#7 hmmm
#8 HUGE QUESTION MARK
#9 must be awesome
#10 heard it.. it's very, very good
#11 from mystery or the secret of the skulls? hmm.. stomped.. must be..
#12 trance remix?
so that's my speculation..
i wonder when they will release this.. i just know it will be awesome..

i wasnt speculate about "definetly" becoze pm.fm is a side deep-house project of one of deep dive corp members. i mean it will not be stomping for sure, but exept 122 bpm smoothy summer house tune.

Having released two albums, made an international name for themselves on the dance scene sonically manipulating sound, Shpongle finally get some of their own treatment, with a special album of Shpongle remixes.
Shpongle has been a unique phenomenon, selling over 50,000 albums through word of mouth alone, giving them an enviable underground and worldwide reputation. Their albums continue to sell and sell as other trendier phenomena rise and fall; Shpongle’s fanbase expands worldwide growing all the time. Finally, having built a decent body of work from their first two albums, live gigs and with work starting on a third, we felt they deserved a remix album.
The remix album has some stunning and varied contributions from all sorts of modern music producers, dance mixes by Eat Static and Twisted all-stars Prometheus and Tristan (as ‘delusions of grandeur), a classic trancey mix by Total Eclipse, extraordinary electro from Finland’s Brothomstates (Warp Records), electro-dub by Ott, and an amazing jazzy breakbeat mix by Twisted latest signing The Western Rebel Alliance to mention just a few.
Remixing Shpongle was always going to be a challenge that even the bravest remixer took to heart. Shpongle have taken the sound so far with their innovative ambient world dance music over the last few years both in the studio and live with a 7 piece band in Japan, that there is not much more a remixer can do. That has been the challenge however and the remixers have risen to it well, keeping some of the original flavour while adding their own unique character and so giving the listener a new sound to Shpongle.

I'm anticipating this one, and it should be great. Though I must say that I'm a bit skeptical concerning the Brothomstates remix. I downloaded their free mp3 album, and can't say that I was very impressed... Let's hope they've evolved since then...
