My vote goes to Tales of the Inexpressible.
But I still love Are you Shpongled? These 2 CD's are my most valued possesions.

4 tracks are definately great (1,2,5,8) but the rest is a bit directionless...
Whereas the debut has 'classic' written all over it, this one is really good but no classic...

Well this 2 albums have been really milestones in my perception of music and not only actually. But still i can't understand how it didn't came out as a wide commercial success, i mean surely in terms of psychedelic it sold enormous amounts but f**k this guys deserve Grammy for this one, it just overshadows everything else in the electronic scene. It's also very very approachable and even my dad loves it, almost all my unpsy friends love it. I mean if Raja and Simon wanted they could be really really rich and more important widely {not only by our scene} acclaimed. I know that almost everybody in the scene thinks that it should remain underground and small but damn it when you have this amazing jewel don't you want more ppl to enjoy it? It so unlogical, i just can't grasp it. Well then. I got li'l bit offtopic there.

My favorite piece from this album is A New Way to Say Hooray. The others are great, but the depth of emotions and ideas in this track are amazing (and this is the closest thing I have ever heard to a musical description of a DMT experience, ever).
The first Shpongle album is great, one of the best pieces of chill-out ever.
... The second one is a musical masterpiece. I've heard this album at least 50 times (probably more than triple that), and I still don't feel like I've discovered everything there is inside it's music. And the album name is the most fitting name ever.
It's less psychedelic (in the classical (?) sense)than the first, true, but, my vote still goes for Tales of the Inexpressible.

And I'll pay somebody to read it to me, 'cause it sure would be a looooong m****rf***er.
(I'd also like to read HIS reviews of both Hallucinogenius albums... but that's is another story)
