Show master that really likes trance but cannot talk about it

Yesterday, I listened to a singles show on 103 fm between midnight and 2 AM. Single people are calling to this show, talking with the show master (I think his name is Ronen) about themselves, and give their phone number.
Ronen really likes trance. He was trying to talk about trance (and things that are related to it like drugs and nature parties) with all the singles that were calling, but wasn't very successful. It was very funny. It went like that (more or less):
Single A

Ronen: What do you like to do in your free time
Single A: I like going to the beach, going to parties...
Ronen (with hope): Nature parties??
Single A: No, salsa..
Ronen: Oh..
Single B

Ronen: What can you say about yourself
Single B: I like to try a lot of things and to take risks....
Ronen (with hope): What do you mean?
Single B: You know, have new experiences....
Ronen (with a lot of hope): We are talking about something specific, tell me, don't be afraid....
Single B: I like to gamble.
Ronen: Oh..
Single C

Ronen: What kind of music do you like?
Single C: Everything
Ronen: And when you are going out?
Single C: When I'm going out I like Dance Music.
Ronen (with hope): Trance???
Single C: No. I don't like transim. Only Dance.
Ronen: Oh..
Single D - maybe this time

Ronen: What kind of music do you like?
Single D: Trance
Ronen (with excitement): REALLY?! Me too! I'm going after the show to hear Mark Allan in the TLV! What artists are your favorites?
Single D: I don't remember names of artists.
Ronen (still hopes): Maybe one? try hard..
Single D: DJ Yahel
Ronen: Oh..
Anyway, I think that one of us should call this show (I think it is every Thursday night), and give Ronen a good trance conversation, I mean - The man has made it! He has his own radio show, but the only thing he cares about is talking about trance, so maybe we can help him... Maybe next Thursday all of us should call and talk with Ronen about trance. We will make the man's dream come true. |

Yes, I thought about it...
The problem is that I have a girlfriend (You gave me an advice how to convince her to like trance in another thread, remember?). Moreover, I don't live in Israel at the moment.
I guess I'll have to invent a character and to bullshitt Ronen.... I hope I remember how to do this...... Maybe It's like riding a bicycle....

Hi raver girl, I listened to the show on the internet.
The show is on 103 fm every thursday between midnight and 2 AM. I did not write the phone number of the show, but Ronen is saying it in the begining of the show, and repeat it several times during the show.

The show is every Thursday (yom Hamishi) night between midnight (shtem esre balayla) and and 2 AM (shtaim balayla), Israeli time.
(I deeply respect lazyness, short memory and repetitive actions so I'm happy to repeat those details for the third time ;->
If you found what I wrote in this thread funny, you should listen to this show. This Ronen likes trance and nature parties, and he is really enthusiastic (mitlahev) about it. I think that he had dicovered trance lately, so he is in this period of life when you are constantly thinking about trance, the previous party, the next party etc - you know what I mean? He really could not concentrate on anything else.

Hey Lostbraincell!
1) what does it have to do that you have a gf? did you think about hitting ronen ...
2) I listen to this show once in a while and never heard him talking to listeners...
another question is why do they call him then if they are not into trance, sholdn't be a "mesanenet" that recieves the calls ... odd ..
plus, I am really annoyed he barely speaks sometimes about good tracks he put... and sometimes he puts tracks and doesn't even say their names and artists and it really sucks!

Ananda604, we are talking about different radio shows. The show that I'm talking about is for single people that want to have a date. It is based on conversations between the show master and singles. There are no trance tracks in this show. The only connection to trance (hence - the subject of this thread) is the show master Ronen. |
