Isnt it time that people who are talented djs should get a chance to play on free parties like the ones in Goa?Gms and Dino and the Spun crew pretty much hijacked the season...Its only so many times we can listen to last years hits rmxs ... we need more free parties and less egos to keep the scene alive...Big respect to all promoters who allow new exciting artists to express their talent Boom to Toto and Mauricio the 2 amazing djs and all new upcoming babas           "Do what thou willt shall be the whole of the law Love is the law love under will"Aliester Crowley

But that meanīs GMS and Dino Psaras should retire? Let the guys work! Letīs not disrespect their fans... Free parties are pretty simple to throw (compared to big festivals for instance... itīs NOT SIMPLE to throw a party!)

We need more free partys, everywhere... so this guys can appear and be known.

Why should they retire?
If people don't like them anymore they will not come to their parties, then promoters will have to look towards other artists.
But I also agree give some chance to new talents, but like everything else, one has to work his/her way up.

If Dino retires then it will be a great loss for our music.

He is a hell of a dj and he is an amazing producer also.           Toodaloo Motherfuckers!!!!!

Dear Detox u should have been there when Dino cleared the dancefloor in goa several times.I respect the elders i truly do after all they make their money out of punters like me who travel all the world to go to a good party....but psychedelic is the word we are looking for and painful torture is certainly not....Maybe i am too opnionated but there is a certain sensivity and awareness that is needed when u play...it is a TRUE RESPONSIBILITY and i mean an ability to respond to the dancefloor....To have an artist like Riktam and Bansi play 5 hours of gms when they can get their hands on any tunes in the planet is definitely super arrogant dont u think? I do!I still like some gms tunes....well very few actually...           "Do what thou willt shall be the whole of the law Love is the law love under will"Aliester Crowley

Instead of whining and sugesting them to retire, if you don't like their music don't go to their party simple as that.

On the end of the day what you have to think is that this is their lives, they are doing what they like and getting money out of this, don't see a problem their.

Giving space to new artists that is a very good point, but giving that space is not the djs/producers choice but it is up to the organizers to give that space.           "Great things are only possible with outrageous requests." Thea Alexander

yeah im with traveller here .. stop whining !!!!

i like both gms and dino (and many more psytrance producers), why all the disrespect??

In this so called "open minded" scene ...

i think some of you really should be ashamed about yourself, I heard one SPUN guy joined the board, but he quitted because of all the insults and really dirty talk

I think this is sad            3o~ kriz aka krize 3o~ ....Horrordelic Records.... http://www.horrordelic.com

It is really unbelievable. So much prejudice & arrogance. It doesnīt mater if it is about Psaras or GMS, or about some unknown guy producing his sound in the middle of nowhere.

Fact is, itīs outrageous to propose someone should stop doing something just because i need room to do the same thing.

Do your best and conquer your THEN deserved place. If you simply canīt do this, it is purely your own fault, you simply arenīt good enough or havenīt tried hard enough. Or both.

Asking ppl to quit what theyīre doing just so that I may do it is utterly disrespectfull to say the least.

What a shame !

I don't see what you complaint is?
One could say that Toto, Mauricio and gang pretty much hijacked the end of the season in Goa ... Others too could complain it was like hearing the same sets/line-ups over and over again! ... hard night music in the daylight hours (sunset) etc.
Just because your tastes differ from what was being played when the Spun Crew was down is no reason to suggest an Artist should retire.
I really enjoyed the sets by Dede, Paul Taylor, Celli, Shanti, Pixel, Domestic and others you'd think not psychedelic enough.

Dear gentelemen and ladies
I suggest we all chill here. There was no disrespect intended i merely voiced an opinion here...I am friends with the spun crew and i openly tell them what i think and even they appritiate it...so relax guys i ve only just joined the forum and truly all i wanted is to raise an issue...and not make others dislike me.....I just think that when there is too much of something it gets boring There was no disrespect intended and perhaps to suggest that they retire is a bit much....maybe evolving is a better way of putting it...Big boom and really guys i dont see why a spun artist would have left the forum because of voices like mine as it has been suggested by Kriz...if u look at the top tens there is a LOT of spun they seem to be loved and respected...by many on the forum Again no disrespect intented only a strong and clear opinion!           "Do what thou willt shall be the whole of the law Love is the law love under will"Aliester Crowley
