Hey Green Nun:)...well for me it is about an five and a half hour drive, but for you it will be about four hours, maybe even less because I drive the speed limit  So no big deal it's easy, and I know I have told you how great this spot is. So see you there, just look for the cloud of dust and I will be in the middle |

Unfortunately the rumors are indeed true.... I recently was informed and have been scrambling to find a decent substitute. Here's the mass email I just sent out 20 minutes ago...
I bear some unfortunate news for those of us who were looking forward to seeing Shift in 2 weeks at the Straylight 3 year anniversary.
Recently, Chris Hoy (Shift) was involved in a tragic motorcycle accident and has broken his pelvis. He has been hospitalized for the next 6 weeks and as such will not be able to attend our event. Because it is so close to the event happening, we will not be able to cancel the event. I do greatly apologise for not being able to deliver on what we had put in writing, but this was clearly a situation out of our control. What I am planning on doing, is at the event next to the main stage DJ booth placing a large GET WELL SHIFT card. If any of our family's graphic designers would like to design the get well card, please email me off list immediately so we can get the ball rolling.
This leaves us to the question, Who is going to come out and perform instead of Shift? After scrambling around trying to get another act we were able to come up with an appropriate solution.
I am pleased to announce the addition of Boxer from Dark Soho to our already incredible lineup. Boxer will be performing a dj set AS WELL AS a Groundzero (Alchemy Records, UK) Live Set!!!! Our website shall be updated in the next day or so, to reflect the change.

Things to remember about the space we are using:
1. No open fires please, this included firedancing...
2. If you are going to swim in the swimming pool, please bring a bathing suit.
3. There is to be NO OPEN DRUG USE!!! Please respect the land owners wishes in this respect. Violators of this can be asked to leave.
4. If you are going to drink, you must be able to prove that you are of legal age to do so.
5. This is a private gathering for members ONLY!!! You must register for membership prior to the event. We will not be accepting any new members at the front gate. There are several places to go to obtain membership for this event.
