its turned to very nice one. DOMO got spot far from center of big "spirtual" festival and 3 days non-stop electronic music got on.
we has tottaly progressive in the first day with Shahar's chill out set during the night time (i slept quite infront of speaker and has rose psychedelic dreams btw  ), second day was about full on and live dub and non violent trance during the night and at the last day we got BLT live and then retro nostalgic party with Nadi,Avi and David on de decks, with ppl spraying water on everyone and dust on de face...
great weekend..

Well I would have liked it to be more crowded so the festival would have been going on as scheduled... Because people did not show up I and many other artists did not get the chance to play there...... I had looked forward to this even for a long time..... Well there's a saying that say "Never cry over spilled milk"......
It have to be said that it's not the Domo guys's fault...... I blaim people for being too damn lazy to travel for quality...... And yes I knwo the current echonomic situation is not teh ebst in Israel but come on... NIS 250 for 3 days of excelent music...... It's a bargain people !!!!
It seem like that every time someone try to do something a bit out of the ordinary - trying to educate people a little about different music - people choose the safe parties with the same names as the week before.... what a shame !!!! I am sure that the few people there had great time but it could have been a even greater festival. Well hopefully next time or?
Lot's of handclaps and thanks from me to the Domo guys who have the currage to swim upstream. Keep your heads up guys and believe in yourselves... You have every reason to be proud of yourselves |

yep, and Violent Vision live show with Michelle that is not less but Shpongle singer, it was amazing also..
and thanx god, it was prety crowded during my set

nup, but fa music label party that was supposed to be 15 hours include 3 live acts and 3 dj's sets was canceled..

just what i needed before test season : 3 days of total fun.
i wasnt so much at the domo stage because we were at the basta most of the time (maybe someone wants review on the boobs in the pool, because actually this is what i saw most of time) BUT:
* zombi's set was.... was.... oh man. you should have seen the crowd go from phase 1 :why the hell is he playing "house" music ?
to phase 2 : WOOOOOOOOOOOO boom boom boom boom.... to make it short: eli knows music like no one knows music, he gave one hell of a set there, and rocked the dancefloor.
* shahar we all heard in our sleep.... i woke up the next morning with fear in my heart. only then i realized how much power someone has when he is playing for sleeping people.... shahar, i want to know what you did to us in our sleep.
* next day i didnt go near the domo zone, until late night when... i dont remember the group name, just the main guy, yonatan (the drummer) gave an amazing performance of the most imaginative music i ever heard, but cant describe. the rmx of "hashemesh tizrach" was mind boggling. oh, then david and yehuda came up for a low volume set, 1.5 hours of music like home but it came just right before sleep time.
* last day was the big party. also most day i wasnt there, only for BLT live... no way to miss that. him and dani are so in sync, that only for seeing them both work, yuli with his usual serenity, and dani banging on everything around him, was worth it. but the music... oh the music....
* after i came up to domo zone for 1 sec and was in utter shock when i saw avi and nadi rock the dance floor with retro music that sounds like nitzhonot.... oh it was funny.
as for me, i played first day after huda g. played at first some proggy tunes. but then... im so ashamed to admit it... a 16 year old girl with swimsuit top, came to me and asked me with those big eyes "can you play me some morning music ?" ....
next track was talamasca.

oh, man... it was the whole deal.
but i forgot to say one thing.
second day, last set by david and huda g, there was someone there who played with them with a mic. and an effect proccesoor - incredible. made every progressive tune into a full power track. this idea rocked and should be done more often. anybody knows who he was ? |

not much luck in partying in thw last few weeks.

made me feel even more sorry i missed it
