OK, let's ID all of it. 
I'll start with the track numbers, times and samples. Time is +- 25 seconds.
1st - 0 to 8 - Sample: "Boom"
2nd - 8 to 15 - Sample from Heroes: "They don't take you seriously. They all think you're nuts... But not me..."
3rd - 15 to 22 - NO SAMPLE
4th - 22 to 28 - NO SAMPLE
5th - 28 to 34 - NO SAMPLE
6th - 34 to 40 - Whispered samples around 36
7th - 40 to 45 - Sample repeated from 43 to 44: "The bass is speaking".
8th - 45 to 51 - Sample: "We live on a membrane, a three-dimensional membrane that floats inside higher dimensional space..."
9th - 51 to 58 - NO SAMPLE, very well known track.
10th - 58 to 65 -
11th - 65 to 73 - Sample: "What's happening? What's this?..." and a little after 70, from Heroes:
"When a change comes, some species feel the urge to migrate, they call it "zugunruhe", a pull of the soul to a far off place. Following a scent in the wind, a star in the sky."
12th - 73 to 80 - Sample: "Hello?" @76:45: "Would you like to be modified" <-- Maybe it's a remix to Zen Mechanics - Modified

15th - 95 to 100 - Voice: "dahh... dah..."
16th - 100 to 106 - Sample: "Is everybody in? The cerimony is about to begin..."
17th - 106 to 113 - Sample: "Made possible by new technology" <-- I guess it is a remix to a old song. Maybe Rinkadink - Techmology V3?
18th - 113 to 118 - Maybe another remix to an old track?
19th - 118 to 125 - Sample "It's all extensions of what's coming out of our head. I mean, you’ve got to remember... You gotta have it inside your head. The equipment isn't actually thinking of what to do... It couldn't control itself."
20th - 125 to 133 - Sample: "Dragons..." <-- long sample, I can't get it.
21th - 133 to 139 - One word is repeated several times, no idea what it is.
22th - 139 to 146 - The samples are just before 143 (I think it's from the movie It's All Gone Pete Tong):
"- Frankie, I'm curious. Can you tell me about your flip-flop collection?
- I'm a bit of the lmelda Marcos of the flip-flop world. Flip-flop, for me, is perfection. And sometimes if I'm stuck and I can't mix, I can't... You know, I'm a creative person. I'm an artist. So sometimes I just stare at a flip-flop for hours. I'm not joking. I'm being serious, yeah.
- Really?
- Yes, I do."
This last song is probably a Flip Flop track.

The sample @ 128:03 is from "Kung Fu Panda" :

I've definitely heard some of these tracks recently, I'll have a check as well.
