JUst one thing : we have nothing to do with Up & Down festival crew
I don't know even what was this festival and who was behind this but for sure we are not from this crew
Shamanik festival crew for infos is me (JP from tranceshop.com) and my associate Laurent from Fractale Dimension.
We are working and deciding only at 2 !
So i don't know what so many people say this bad rumor
Anyway now you know and we don't have time to answer to this stupid rumor
We are working hard in order to offer you one the best festival of 2007 !
Locations, Line Up and performers with a lot of new conepts, fresh ideas never seen before in festival will be fore sure one the most original and exceptional trance gathering !

I've had to address the unlawful use of my artwork before, but your festival poster is the most blatant I've come across yet. Did it occur to you that my artwork would be copyrighted? Not even a mention of my name on the poster? My lawyer has informed me that I would be entitled to a healthy compensation if I were to take legal action. One of the ways in which I generate abundance for myself is to create posters and flyers for events such as these...If you're throwing a large festival, you would surely have budget for promotional artwork. If you pay your DJ's, surely you pay your artists as well...My art has been a main feature at the Boom over the past three festivals, so it's not as if it is anonymous in the Portuguese trance scene. Hence my name and contactability are easily obtained for permission....Luke |

I've sent numerous emails and messages via Myspace to the promoters of this event, and no one chooses to respond to me about this. I get the sense that this is a festival with a substantial amount of budget to pay for the enormous list of DJ's, yet my art is being used to promote the entire thing all over Europe without my permission or even a word of compensation. Surely the promotional art is taken into consideration for the budget of an event of this scale? I would love to hear a response about this...
