pretty hilarious post and useless thread...but anyways, i'm jobless, so i'll comment 
i don't think we should remove the "status"...every forum you go to (atleast most) have some kind of a status based on the number of posts....the idea is that the senior posters have been around for a bit more time and when fights break out, their views are taken a bit more seriously...
it's a kind of self-moderation and frees the mods to do other important things ... hmm...important things like...hmm...yes, the fast cars, cocaine and girls (mods get that immediately, right?) 
ppl posting stupid posts to increase post count is a way of life, but this is like "burn down the house for a rat" kind of story (if u get what i mean)...
anyways, i'm hungry....later! |

we can achive some peace if we can bring accountabilty and responsibilty with each user name on isra ... if ranks are what ppl get high on then how about ...if your thread is deleted by the mods within twenty-four hours ... then its considered a spam and its not counted and/or you also get a count of all the off topic posts and threads alongside the other numbers under each username ...
also this way the responsibilty is on the mods, as they will have to end up being active on isra a lot more than usual and also more sensitive and cautious when deleting threads ...
maybe this way has been discussed already ... then forgive me
we will have to bring in some stuff like this if we wanna have some discpline maintained ... as we can see, guidlines and a few rules are being twisted just to suit their own personal egos ... so its up to the same team to come with a way to bring some accountability and responsibilty towards each username.
if tomorrow i have a few off topic posts and threads to my credit ... it will reflect badly on me only ... so i will learn ... possible ???
but i do hope we come up with a solution ... we cannot continue to let stuff like this continue and we only crib about it ... if we discussing it ... then let us all honestly work towards a solution ...
