it was a shame if i couldn't see pics from Doof Festival for instance.

as i said,we all like to see party pics and that's include me.

what i meant was for parties that's theres so many of those "photographers" that you actually feels you are in a fushion show.

party pics are good but when theres so many photographers around it realy harm the privacy and freedom feeling.

Let me tell you a story of a friend of mine, a few years back. He came over to his parents house for friday dinner and there was a news article about trance outdoor parties with some video footage. Suddenly my friend's face was all over the screen and his mother goes "huhhhhhhhh?????". I tell you, he had lots of explaining to do, and that's just his mother, not his boss, army commander or his parole officer...

So I agree with what's been said here - take pictures of yourselves, take pictures of your friends, but let us stay anonymous.

Somehow, the "camera ppl" dont take pictures of me. I think I'm the invisible rhino...

@Oran, if I remember right, you used to come with a camera to parties too. I even remember you buying webspace to host your videos. What has changed?           Please REMOVE my cellphone number from any SMS spam list you may have. Thanks.

thats true.(exept for the buying webspace thing,u gave me a link to a free host)

let me tell you something else i once did,for my first party i invited a friend to sell ballons.whould you belive it?yes ballons were cool once but since armed gangs took over the buisness its not cool anymore.

we change, our view on things change and as you probably noticed im not taking my camera with me anymore.

(sorry for saying it for the 3rd time)i like to see 2 or 3 gallerys from parties,we all do.but when the dancefloor/party is coverd from evry possible angle this is not cool anymore.           Always agressive never progressive.

Im with you on this one (for the first time I guess? heh :x)... On the last 'Japanese Crew' party, last friday, people took endless pictures, it was so anoying! Suddenly you feel like an object, or something unique (ofcourse we are heh) but people are treasuring this too much! On fucking god damn 'layla.co.il' I've seen pictures of some guys with a bong on the side, isnt the too much? If someone decides to take a few pictures with his phone, its alright, he wants to treasure the magical moment he was in, but if 200 photographers are filming you on video, and pictures non-stop, its annoying!
If you want to take picutres, go ahead, but dont upload them for everyone when theres some stuff the public dont need to see!

i take lots of tons of pics at every party i go to.
pictures of faces, trees, flowers, sun rises, people doing drugs, people smiling , dancing. beaches or whatever...

and i just almost never upload them.
unless somone wants a sepcific pic or something.

so

my conclusion on this is:

take all the pics u want just don't pimp the pictures around (A.K.A Layla, clubtime, atraf and etc)

everyone is happy, pictures are there 4 ever in your heart and H.D and no one gets sad.

also try to take pictures off people when they don't notice.
the pictures are much better this way + ppl won't mind

good day!

I agree on this one...
I don't have a camera and i'm also a hidden one, so not much problems here, but still - when I see those layla and atraf photografers pushing themselves infront of ppl, pushing the cameras and anoying us dancers - it pisses me off...
I still like to see the pics and i think 4-5 camera ppl in a big enough party is good because they're not so outstanding, still sometimes it's waaaay too many of them around, it seems like there are less dancers than photografers on the dance floor...

Edit:

After last night, I understand what you all are talking about.
Those photographers in clubs make me so pissed off. Not enough that those flickers are killing my eyes and making me go blind, the flash makes me all dizzy. So, yes, I can't stand those layla/atraf/blah blah photographers, BUT I have no problem with ppl taking photos @ NATURE parties since during daylight there is no use for flash.

i say we start inviting models to our parties.... tht way all the photographers will be busy chasing them and leave us alone......
i can already imagine this super model runnig like a goat on the hill tops with 20 ppl after her......
if u dig deep enough u just might reach the sky...
