violating Copywrite law is measured by it's extent. you can use somthing small and you won't violate it. how ever, if there is a small yet meaningful Motiff, such as the James bond theme, for example, than there can be trouble. of course, you can allways claim that a short sentence from a movie isn't copywrited (for instance, you can't hold copywrite on a name of a book alone).
i don't think electro music creators are actually looking in to the legal matters of this..
