Dear Polyester Corespun,
I really appreciate your info regarding Vibrasphere's live!
I like their music (while were two members) from their debut album! And I really love all the downtempo releases from Vibrasphere as well....
I hope this new album will be out ASAP!

hi guys!!! lets start by saying that TICON, TALAMASCA, GMS, PSYTOUR, EMOK, VIBRASPHERE, DOC,PSARAS JUST ROCKED THE PLACE as far as concern the artists...Beautiful, Fresh music!!! they had something to say...the place very nice but the people the same!! only a few, just were the right people for that kind of events!anyway Don Kite i saw u were looking some info about Vibrasphere's new album- their new album is gonna come out at October-November with new sounds and new concept!! I cant wait too...but if concider the first trucks that Rickard played, Im sure its gonna be great!!! cya... |

hi guys! i have to say that most of the people writing about this festival , are either friends of te organizers or the organisers themselves with different nicknames...
the festival was a disaster and its dissapointing how promoters make us go to events to spend real good time with the cops!!
i wasnt there, but 4 friends of mine were there and also some friends that were working there. one of my 4 freinds was busted too together with more than 50 people as i can calculate from insidents that i heard...
the stage decoration & sound was good but line mostly sucked especially the first day....
the police was inside, outside the festival areas for 10 days and its true that some policemen had security tshirts to get easily insid ethe festival and arrest people...all the people saw them...
the official attendance doesnt reach the 2000 people and this is the inside information...
there is no future in samothraki and there is no future in trance for greece and u can see that.all festivals in greece the last 2-3 years get busted and especially after the sdf bust on 2003 .
organizers must understand that the crowd isnt there for them to make money....and the crowd must understand the laws of this country!
sorry for long post but couldnt hear that everything was absolutely fantastic in samothraki this year!! sorry for the hasle to the organizers , they made a try but failed...happens every day in life!

As we see here your only problem was the cops mate,
But this no mean that the festival was disaster.
I wasn't there but all the reports was good except some ppl like code red for example that there was negative from the start.
Any way your problem here is that you couldn't sell your d...s to the fest so it was a disaster for you mate e?

hey guys don't fight in vain. if you thing that the fest was a disaster you should thank God you weren't there. I was there and i had great time! i don't know the organizers and i went alone as none of my friends like trance to the point of paying 60 Euros. For me it was really fun. ok, there were no drugs (not so many at least) and yes, there were some undercover cops but the fact that some people couldn't do the drugs they wanted to doesn't mean that tha party was a failure!!! on the contrary, it was very well organised...

i have not any concern on drugs using what so ever...
but freedom is the main thing in a trance festival...if u dont have it ...then....try to figure it out guys...u can say what ever u like...but things dont change because our festival didnt work out as it had to be...
anyway i hope that in the near future the promoters will make better thoughts on where& when theya are doing their festivals& parties because in a few years there will be no trance parties in greece at all...

if some people didnt do their negative propaganda for samothraki about cops with dogs k9 and other negative comments before the fest I am sure that much more people would come ,but unefortunately here in greece people in the scene like to be self destructed and hate their own self and place they live...
personally I saw no cops and no one touch my stuff or look at me strange or ask to search me...
anyway I liked much this year because no kagures came at samothraki ,maybe they afraid of the cops...you poor trancers who let the police rule your summer vacations ...you poor trancers who didnt like the festival because you couldnt find a joint ...beeeers beers and beers never drunk so much beers in a festival hehe
...that summer at samothraki helped me a lot to learn much about how not to get miserable without substances and suck pure joyfull energy
from mother earth...those big plan trees are full of " pure acid"and really gets me high ...feel the trippy vibe of GAIA...
