i just saw samothraki dance fest and i think now ... butterfly dance fest and samothraki dance fest are at the same prices but samothraki is organised by the municipality of samo8raki and we all remember what happened last time ... lets see now........ |

lets make a bet . i bet the organisers are from thessaloniki .... only guys from thesaloniki would be this crazy to make a party after what happened last time in samo8raki . but why dont they show themselves???? in all the parties the organisers
show themselves unless the party is not gonna happen or they just won't appear because they dont want to ......? |

Griniaris when me and Oktava were making parties helping the scene you didnt even knew that this forum existed so please be more careful with your words.My question was towards the organisers anyway and not you.
Sahedelic i always got reasons for asking questions,reasons that i dont always wish to share in public for various other reasons,when and if the organisers reveal themselves i will contact them in private and tell them why i am asking all these things.
I mean just because someone comes in public posting a festival using a hotmail account this doesnt mean that this festival is happening no?
And yes if i like what i see i might even visit this event and have a good time.

a perfect festival which combines electronic music,dub and other genres...
happens at a beautiful place
and the only thing you say is ... "when I did that you was a fucking rookie" or "the organisers must be grazy cause we all saw what happen the previous time" ?????????

i am very concerned about this and I hope I will be proven wrong...
Samothraki was magical in 2001, very good in 2002 and many sad things happened in summer 2003...some people can just NOT understand this...they are so obsessed with some certain situations and places that can not realise that some things in life just do their circle and finish leaving us with many good memories...
I dont know who is behind this festival but I am very suspicious that some people want to gain of the reputation Samothraki had all these last years...I hope I am 100% wrong about this...and I hope no more kids spend months or years in jail again....good luck from me but I wont be there... |

Tell me how many multi-festivals of this kind you seen happen in your country?
This year we have paranesti and now samothraki I'm very happy to see these taking place in my country...
this means that there are (+) positive people
who work hard

hello beautiful people!
another festival in greece ? ? samothraki island ? ? ?
we all knew that would never happen again a trance festival in samothraki...!
the 3rd time was a nightmare...unfortunately i am sure that many people still having problems(with the low)since then...
ok...
i d'like to know , as many others , the organisers of these event...because i wouldn't like to go there and loose my money and my holidays.....
SOON PLEASE "samothrakigathering"...
and one more...isn't a little bit late to announce it now ???..all festivals around the world for this summer are already announced and organised months ago!

Tottally aggree with Tralala.
I mean the real organisers of this festival are not stupid for not doing the festival this year,and trust me since last November a lot of meetings took place here in Athens concerning this festival and everybody aggreed that it would be better for this year to not have a festival at Samothraki and leave things to calm down after what happened at the previous festival...
Seems though that some other people are trying to gain fame and money from the name of the real Samothraki Festival and also i can understand that the local authorities are desperate to attract more tourists to their island this year too,so what the heck lets have a festival again this year they say....
Sorry guys but so far this seems like a very wrong move and this move reminds me the guy that was milking the cow two times a day trying to get the most milk possible until ofcourse the cow died and the guy was left with nothing...
Lets hope that in the end i will be proved wrong,and yes i really mean that. Toodaloo Motherfuckers!!!!! |
