Well, after 1,5 month of serious consideration, we can assure you that the sound system on the trance stage will be one of the best you have ever experienced in terms of blasting power and quality.
On the reggae stage the sound will be the same like the one on the last wailers concert at thessaloniki.
Soon you will get specific info for booking your ferry tickets, in order to get as easy as possible on the island.
We also have to inform you that no markets of anykind are allowed within the fest area.
No food individual spots are allowed as well.
(the best Greek catering company is in charge for this providing several kind of food and drinks).The prices will be announced soon and they will be realy cheap.
Stay tuned for several info

we all know about that monster sound that we had at previous years in samothraki.
I have to say that even big festivals like boom havent have such a noisy full of kw sound systems as samothraki have!!!
the beach with the sea is much important for the free flow of the sound waves
sound is the most important think as I believe in a festival hehehe!!!

Are giving information to people about the police problems and arrests happened last weekend in aleksandroupoli and samothraki island or you think that there is no problem around and all is cool?
The port is full of dogs and cops for those wondering... |

Well i guess Samothraki is looking pretty good at this stage - Will consider going - so Mr Gopendra and Acid on Acid its looking like another year of crazy fun and games - this time with our own paralia...
To the rest of you winging about drugs and police and blah blah blah - its quite logical - Dont carry illegal substances and all is sweet!!!
if you cant deal with it - dont bother going!!!

almost every summer which ever island i go to there are typical police checks at the ports..which planet are you on re code red...
do you know that in germany there where loads of arrests and cops in full moon...i dont hear anyone bitching in the german section...

ok and that's a flat lie code red, just got of the phone with friends that are still on the island...aside from typical port checks nothing much went down...you're such a looser man..get a life and stop dissing all the fest from boom to samothraki you have nothing good to say...

Code red ,this provocative lie is the pure definition of your intentions.
Although there were some checks at alexandrupolis port nothing more happened.
For sure though, this is not a sign for ppl to risk anything. Everybody has to take care of his actions.
But i am sure that code red was waiting and praying for a big mess at the samothraki world music festival...the fest was realy nice with 1500 festival ppl attending.
I am sorry for your disapointment my friend.

i belive samotraki gathering concept will be better that the other 1ns, even though i went to the other samotraki 1ns and they were good with lots of people.but iv been to parties like neraida and they give effort ,so i think they will do a good job with the festival.
know about police which is the concern that they will search you in the docks or close the festival . i would say the 2 would be crap to stop the party ,
and i think not even the promotors know what is going on with the police , mabe a cover from the mair ,but now 1 knows the general police stations , they send can send 500 cops if they like . but lets hope that the people that will go will be cool on all sitiuations , and dont bring elig/
substenceses, so we can all have a nice festival experience |

ok dudes, fill your secret pockets and bags full of evrything,
make sure you have enough to last you for a couple of years (you wouldn't wanna find yourself empty nooooo way),
kiss your mom goodbye and take her blessing like a gooood boy  ,
then get to the island and have a great time  evrything is ok don't worry!
oh and don't forget to smile to evryone, cops luv you better when you're having hellllla fun 
and get a bunch of postcards from the island to send them to your friends while in jail `dammit I was having so much fun, I wonder what went wrong, curse, damn you cops and stupid Greek laws and government and promoters and f... you all `
