If it will be as soikosound posted that it's more likely that an album costs around $12 then im happy with the prices.
However(dont know if this is posted in the latest replies)how secure will the system be, for instance if a person starts DL a track and then becomes disconnected from the net and dont complete the DL. What happens then with his money and the track he/she was supposed to get, will there be ways to resume broken DL's or will you have a time limited download wich span over a few days so you can try it several time before you give up because it's not working?
Another thing that would be real nice now that you are planning to offer these services with the DL format is to have a small software running in your task bar that manages a HUD of new tracks being added to your stock. It would also bee sweet if you could manage payment straight of this software.
Just some thoughts!

Yeah and server/bandwidth costs are taken care of saikosounds, right? so they pay big money in order to provide us 128kbps downloads for free?
