Why should a festival have just one owner ?Shouldn't a festival belong to the people who really make it ?artist?decor crew?teachers?anyone contributing ?Let's share !

Change.. One year ago it was exactly the same day when the inevitable change had happened and the sad news went out to the world, that we were leaving the place once we had created together..
How inscrutable strange it is from Life, that now, one year later on the same day we can finally announce: the quest is over, a new Garden of Eden has been found !
The final agreement has been made so now we can go out to set the cornerstone and start the most important works to prepare the initiating event next summer.
The land is magical! It’s pure untouched Nature with huge open fields and colourful forests, crystal clear fountains and creeks, wild animals, flowers... You won’t see electric poles any way around - it’s far from urbanisation, surrounded only by small mountains and forests.
We believe that in this fertile home ground all our love-seeds will amazingly grow... and next year these plants might exceed imagination. The new festival could prove that “change” in life can also indicate a big “turn” or a special “shift” that is happening to move us out from our old habits - only to make things better. So we have to be thankful... and also.. we are so excited !
We can’t wait to realize all these ideas and together outshine the past years.
See you later - we are off to the new land !!!!

As you may know (or not) the SUN Festival is a huge cooperation between a lot of organisations,teams,families,projects and festivals .This is what we mean by "unity" !
One of our partners, the wonderful Moksha Project is now helping us do what we always wanted to do,which is a pre festival event.
The event will soon be up here as well but in the mean time you can read more about it here :
This magical event will be hosted in a stunning natural location out of Civilization deep in the deserts of Israel.
The Location will be published a few days prior to the date for keeping the Underground Spirit we have always had.

Im very happy this festival is happening, Ozora 2010 was the absolute best I have experienced and I have a feeling that as hard as it is to imagine SUN will be even better.
Please update your webpage often as there are still many of us who dont want to be part of facebook.
1- The festival belongs to the people who contribute to it in anyway be it investing the money to pay the people working or those dancing their brains out. It is a collective endeavor all the way.
2- I still wear the 2010 Ozora bracelet, as SUN wasnt happening this year I did attend Ozora to do some free work for the well being of the party but I already said goodbye to it and am not likely to ever go back (nor will I keep wearing this years bracelet). How about discounts to those who keep wearing the bracelets?
3- Im a citizen of the world, the festival citizenship is being done by the Kazantip people and while fun I think its meaningless, altough for the duration of the festival we call each other "ozoranz", "boomers", "burners" or "suners" I guess that while the festival is on we all are united in its grounds in the celebration of life, love and liberty and once its off we try to spread what we lived and learned in the "real" world.
4- The biggest mistake is the greediness of some organizers, im all for people making money of a well organized event but money should never be the final objective of such a gathering.
5- The desire to enjoy life. The more you give the more you get and the more you get the more you give.
6- It depends on the festival.
7- The point is getting ideas? learning what other think? getting people curious about it all?
Much thanks to you and the team whos making this happen, im coming from Mexico especially for this event and im sure I wont be dissapointed, I would like to contribute in any way possible and will be on the lookout for whenever you start to ask for help.

This is very interesting idea, and I like it and support it all the way... From 2007 I was five years in a row honored attendant of OZORA festival, and I think those kind of people deserve to be rewarded by some discount... (:
