S-Range at the TLV C-room on Thursday, Aug. 1st

Went to the the Breeza (USTA) night at the TLV this last Thursday.
We got there at about 1:45 and went in. Let's start with the price ,ok? Everywhere I checked - newspapers, promoters, etc. it said 70 NIS. When we got to the doors they charged 80 NIS. That's the second time they do this to me. WHY, FCOL? I hate when organizers lie! You want to charge 80, cool, just don't tell everyone you're charging 70.
We got in and there was this DJ I have no clue what his name is. If I ever needed an example for bad DJing, that was it. It was one of the worst sets I have ever heard. The tracks didn't have any order, line or theme to them, the mixing itself was bad (he kept waiting for tracks to 'fade out' before putting in a new one) and when he tried to add samples to a track, it was always off-beat.
I guess anyyone who's got a collection of CDs and tried doing a set once calls himeself a DJ these days  . But why do organizers let ppl like that go on stage.
I hope this guy will get better if he practices.
It looked like S-Range are never going to go up. Actualy, it looked like they were begging the first DJ to go down since 3:00 but he wouldn't... they went up a little after 4:00AM and their set started nice. I didn't stay long, had to run home at about 4:30 for personal reasons ( ).

I think so too. They say 70 so ppl get there, and then when they hear it's 80 they don't argue cause they have already got dressed and ready for the party, and "it's only 10 shekel"...
But if there were 300 ppl there, that's an extra 3000 NIS for the organizers!!!
I just hate when they lie.

so kaha - s-range (one of them) was very good on his music choice and nothing special on his mixing. i have to add that their live act one the best i heard ever but as dj he is not big deal but still very,very nice progressive morning tunes.
the party itself was good but the heat killed me.. realy killed me..
the first dj was asaf from usta (he is their party promoter) and he was absolutely bad..

and for all - if u realy wanna enjoy usta night, stay till end, dont go.. the party start a real only at 4.30 or so.. thats a reason they give a main act start play at this hours.. all the "good" boys go home, so we have more space to move the asses..

Ok.
Lets start off. i could have lived with the price tag (80nis), or even the terrible sound. but the overpopulation of an already-small place with some 500-600 ppl, in an already hot and Humid enviourment, with puny monitors on the outside to satisfy the digger's needs. the DJ? you call THAT Djing? Zombi, i've been to some USTA nights, but this guy was never there, proof positive that there are some there who can mix...
i was so hot, sweaty, tired from a long day at work and incapable of bullshit, so i split 30 minutes before s-range came on. i couldnt handle myself all too well with all those bad mixes and lousy ass music.. so i left. went to eat some shwarma and went home, put on the headset and put some BLT to soothe it, and that's how i woke up
