I dont know the organizers in nyc but really want to hear a few artists...and really watn a party wtih a huge contrast between night, twilight, and morning music
Imagaine a party with playing at night....
1. Pyschotic Micro
2. Para Halu
3. Fungus Funk
4. Derango
5. Seroxat
6. Kinzadaza (however u spell that)
7. Winter Demon
and then something totally different in the AM
1. Phyx
2. Vibe Tribe
3. Damage
and so forth and so forth

as for the nightsessions i wud like seroxat and azax to battle it out... but in terms of a dj set id like to see p mac or jahbo blasting some of their stash here in ny.
and for tha sunrise would love to see mekkanika blasting here in the moring.. he is commin out with some killer morning tunes without the 'cheese'. some serious blasting from him on several 3dvision compilations. also would love to see sirius isness for some of that melodic full on...

Well I dont know who gives the best live sets but based on the sound of their alblums here would be my wishes (no particular order)

I'd really like to see Tikal play live in the morning. I saw the video of his set at FullMoon 2004, and the music sounded amazing. It would be perfect outdoors, especially.
but yes, Derango, Jahbo, Legohead, Phyx at night would be a blast. I'd come to New York for that kind of party.

i would like to make a note re: timecode artists:
PHYX is now based in london, tickets from london-nyc are cheap right now (a lot cheaper than from capetown!). he has a new album coming out, plus all his jams from so many comps this past year, im sure his liveset would be killer.
SHIFT is also based in london.
and also SLUG is up there too afaik.
also phyx's brother TICKETS will be in london in march.
and ARTIFAKT will be in london in april.
