Why female? 
I heard Alice D this summer, and she was really good - nice, groovy and diverse style (she varied her set from Loopus In Fabula to Ticon and even some Astrix) and positive attitude.

Hi guys,
it seems the question of AbsolutZero is not taken seriously.
For sure Psynina is a girl and from Germany, make yourself a picture at: http://www.psynina.com/
If u have no idea of the topic...
For me there is no best Djane, but i like Centaure from Berlin very much, she always hits the nail on the head with her tracks and the mixes are killa, well floating so its sometimes unobservable that there is a new track running...
I agree, the most german girls play progressiv but hey Sally Doolally is well known all over the world.
All the best and girls keep on rocking!
