Why excuses now! U started this topic and i even didnt want to mention it in PUBLIC cause all other labels would see that but anyway.. u started to rubish my name..so why i cant tell that PSYCHOZ is giving tracks for free.. Ok maybe u are not doing this so often but u said: "Hey, this is an old track i gave u for free becouse i dont make that sound anymore, my sound now is differente and better..so u can take it!"

Sorry but to be honest I dont think you tell the truth and I dont think many other here think you tell the truth too.
And the biggest amateur is you.
First for your encredible B*** and insults in this thread.
Second because of your obvious lacking of basic knowledege about legal matters and basic business etiquette in the music business.
Third because you as most of the many other amateur labels in the psytrance scene think it's perfect fine to release CD's without a guarantee to pay the artists = You got no money to back up your business = amateur = you should not release CD's.
And don't start with me. I know the legal side very well and have been in the music business for 20+ years.
I have also learned to spot a Shark from miles away!

This aint the first time when Psychoz offered his tracks for free! So why wouldnt i take them! And yes i dont know so much about legal rights! Thats why my lawyers is salving out those things with contracts, registering and copyrights society!
anyway i respect u and the others who are here for many years! And there are a lot of small labels who doesent pay! But i have had a background ( xstill have )..have payed printing and everything...so..i didnt start from zero man!

Maybe but it's obvious by now that you have not paid your artists or at least one of them. And I do not for one second buy your argument that he offered the track for free while everybody else get's paid (If they at all got paid).
No. 1 rule is that you pay the artists. Without them you got no CD and no label!
Bottom line is this:
You released his track so pay the guy!
PS! One more artists now say he had the same trouble with your label.. Now should we still believe you or 2 artists?

If I am not mistaken he also talked to me about making their website.. But when he found out I was actually asking for an advance of the fee I charge he never returned back with an answer
That's why I don't really believe his story about the "free" track etc.
Sorry for the revelation of the truth here. But I do think it's healthy sometimes to get the truth out in the open. Especially for future hungry artists so they are more careful who they release with.
