If the track was released by the label then the Label has the obligation to pay the artist. Period. If you don't want the product then simply don't take it, but if you decide to take it, then pay for it.
It doesn't matter if the label thinks the track and artist are full of shit, for that matter they should not release the track in the first place. But the moment they release it they are accepting it and then automatically have the obligation to pay the artist. END OF STORY |

This thread once again remind me how incredible juvenile and amatourish the whole psytrance scene is. I guess you deserve eachother.
The amount of unprofessional wannabe labels in the psytrance scene is amazing and the amount of selfproclamed so called artists (yeah right) who got no clue how to even spot a worthless contract or for that matter what Copyright is all about is amazing = You deserve eachother.
A lot less greed, more professionalism and actual business knowledge (got it labels?) and less "I want to be a star in a matter of 15 minutes" (got it "artists"?) might improve things drastically.

What a laugh here! I have all legal rights!!! Zoran has done a lot of minus for my release with delaying his track and than all VA has been delayed in the start ( Printing house )! And i even said Zoran taht i dont like his tracks and stuff..and he asked me why, i told him fair, directly into his face that they suxx and he offered tracks for free cause he said taht they are old, cause now he is making new goood music!
I dont care what he thinks, i know what are good friends and good friends believe in me and wait for me and my label! I care what uthink and i dont give a shit on a macedonian comments becouse they have dissapointed maaany artisst around the world by making a party and not paying the artists!!!
Only true macedonian artist is Blisargon, atriohm, Imaginary sight! They are serious! Psychoz is just a black dot in the bright community!

i know that contracts doesnt have to mean anything i dont have contracts from all the labels i release for and i dont ask for them and some of the labels havent payed me but they help me in other ways (bookings,support,etc)
i release for non profit labels too
theres no greed or need for fame from my side, i make psy trance for 10 years and if i wanted fame i would make more comercial music
btw maybe i would never posted this thread but this guy was asking for it many times

Zoran..its your fault! I just told u my true opinion about ur mastering! I even said that i respect u as an artist but for mastering u are not the right guy cause i know how your tracks sound! I dont want taht u fu*k tehirs release by your mastering! And than ur head went crazzzy! Why, becouse u know its strue! I have been at your home, saw your monitors, your equipment..and even ur program with what ur mastering is done..and lmme tell u a secret ( u cant do mastering with Cubase ) At least u cant.. U even dont have equipment for that!
