well, most of my favorites have been said:
Requiem For a Dream - incredible soundtrack
G:MT (Greenwich Mean Time) - alot of jungle - jazz tunes
Run Lola Run - great soundtrack
The composers Hans Zimmer and James Horner who are behind many beautiful scores of great movies.
