This really got under my skin.
They way that this story is told, along with the mentality of the "badguys", really hits you.
A must see...

David Icke - Beyond The Cutting Edge
Simply Genius... Although I don't agree with him (or follow him) on the reptile thing, he is spot on with almost everything he says...

Title: Vicky Cristina Barcelona
Director: Woody Allen
Plot: Two women spending time in Barcelona with a stranger that "invites them to a trip in Oviedo, where they would see a sculpture, drink some good wines, and probably make love."
Not a Woody Allen master piece, but a nice, smooth and funny movie.

Title: Max Payne
Director: "Something" Moore
Plot: Who gives a shit? I'd rather had burned my money then watching that piece of crap.

i saw this one at the cinema , really enjoyed the way Coen focus on the faces of the characters, zooming into their grimaces and the behavior of them.. man its a crazy world out there, everybody think they are "ok" , and Coen show us that most of us are really crazy , lost into desires and million thoughts ,most of them useless, its the theater of absurd
i adore their skills and imagination, they are true artists and that is shown every time on screen +1000!!

Once again, amazed with Ridley Scott's direction.
After watching movies such as "Blade Runner", "Gladiator" and "American Gangster" you can imagine how perfect, everything, always is.
I think this one has a better script, and the action scenes are way more advanced. Not surprising at all.
But still, it was worth the 2hs.
Pretty good movie. Di Caprio once again, keeping up the level as he did in "Blood Diamond".

Hamlet 2 | Directed by : Andrew Flemming
In this irreverent comedy, a failed actor-turned-worse-high-school-drama-teacher rallies his Tucson, AZ students as he conceives and stages politically incorrect musical sequel to Shakespeare's Hamlet.
This is an absolutely amazing movie. It's about a reporter who creates a media circus at another man's expense in order to be the leading reporter of his paper and report a sensational story. Definitely relevant today.
"When the film was released, it got bad reviews and lost money. The studio, without Billy Wilder's permission, changed the title to "The Big Carnival" to increase the box office take of the film. It didn't work. On top of that, Billy Wilder's next picture Stalag 17 (1953) was a hit and Billy Wilder expected a share of the Stalag 17 (1953)'s profits. Paramount accountants told him that since this picture lost money, the money it lost would be subtracted from the profits of Stalag 17 (1953)."
