Title: Le Scaphandre Et Le Papillon - The Diving Bell and the Butterfly (USA)

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0758774/

Director: Julian Schnabel

Year: 2007

Country: France

What an brilliant, beautiful, deep and emotional movie.

A couple of months ago, a friend suggested me that movie when it was still one the theaters.
But unfortunetly, I couldn't catch it.

Finally, I had my eyes on it, and I don't even know from where to start.

The story is about a famous editor, which used to work for Elle magazine in Paris, and after a big stroke, he starts to communicate threw his left eyeball, just by blinking.

After some time, he decides to write a book about his own life, which was called Le Scaphandre Et Le Papillon, which I understood as an analogy for his own lige, being stuck in a huge shell, for then, be free to fly as a butterfly.

10!!

Excellent movie, no words needed. The scene with the joke about the government is chilling           Everyone in the world is doing something without me

Seven Pounds

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0814314/

Director: Gabriele Muccino

Year: 2008

Country: USA

I was expecting something like "The Pursuit of Happyness". Which I liked, btw.
But this one actually got my attention.

It's the story about an IRS agent, who acts in a very peculiar way with his "clients".
I probably shouldn't say much about this movie.

I just think it's toltally worth watching it.
And that Rosario Dawson in really a nice piece of ass.

C ya!

Immortal Beloved

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0110116/

Director: Bernard Rose

Year: 1994

Country: UK / USA

Story about the life of the master Ludwig van Beethoven.
It's been a while since I'd seen it, and yesterday, I was about to see "In Bruges", however, I couldn't change the channel. And I had to watch it over again.

Really masterpiece. For the lovers of "classic" music (I hope kaz does'n read this) you'll love it.

[REC]

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1038988/

Directors: Jaume Balagueró , Paco Plaza

Year: 2007

Country: Spain

Really good horror movie!!!
It's a shaky-cam , subjective perspective experience, and easily beats movies like Blair Witch Project or Cloverfield or...
Best horror recently, try it, you won't regret it!!
Don't even dare to watch the American re-make "Quarantine"!!!

I also watched Pride And Glory couple of nights ago and found it bad to say the least although i am a huge Edward Norton fan.I gave it a 5/10 and i dont know why you rated it with 9/10.

Tonight i watched WALL-E and i was thankfuly fascinated with both the story and animation thats why i gave it a clear 8/10 which could have been 9/10 if the soundtrack was little better (i dont much like that Peter Gabriel tune in the end credits).

Here is the WALL-E link for those interested http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0910970/
