I would be interested in hearing Psytrance on real low bpm, something like 90 bpm.
Would be really interesting I think, considering there's much more space to put extra percussion and other psychedelic sounds in.

Anything like this released ever?

Yeah, endless...the whole section it's packed with it actually.
The newest you can find in this style is the stuff from Electik Dream.

something like you described was released especially in the mid to late 90's. they were chill tracks cause of the low bpms but structure wise trance.

these are some more famous examples that popped into my mind. most of these albums are not in stock anymore so if you want one you have to look for a 2nd hand (and probably expensive) copy.

v/a spirit zone vol.2 (chill disc)

the infinity project: mystical experiences

saafi bros: mystic cigarettes

...but like justin said: there's lots n lots more of it out there

In the good old days almost every good Goa album had a slow track at the end. Maybe you like some of these random examples:

Cosmosis - Afterglow
Electric Universe - Jetzt
Etnica - Deep East
Etnica - Be on go
Etnica - Funkadelia
Etnica - Baraka
SUN Project - Energia Magica
SUN Project - Deeper and Deeper
Shiva Chandra - Sky Diving
X-Dream - Relax Vortex

I highly suggest you try http://spirit.enjoys.it/psylocibin/
and the chillout/ambient mixes by Stef here: http://trance4ever.free.fr/index.php?lang=eng&fonction=mixs Download at http://trance4ever.dreamhosters.com/

or you could buy a turnatable, buy a whole load of old mid to late 90s singles (trance ones of course) which were generally pitched at 45 rpm and play them that 33 rpm...and believe it or not but they always sound great, sometimes better than the original sounded at the "normal" speed which they were meant to be played...the sounds have more of a chance to breathe, and it all sounds less clutterered and manic and comes out sounding really funky...also check out anything by nervasystem and/or aether or anything that came out on elektrik orgasm records (now defunct)...not quite 90 bpm but slowed down trance at its best...

I began a project in early 2007 called Distant System. The debut album release will feature at least 5 tracks that fit the description you stated above. 4/4 slo-mo trance from 85 - 100 bpm. I hope to have it finished by early September... keep your eyes on www.distantsystem.com if interested.
