crazy features but man, i am not a big fan of that interface. reminds of blofeld which i owned. same there, great sound but tweakage is lost...

i'll get one to partner my blofeld, when the price drops a bit. always loved wavetable and waldorf synths (cut my teeth on a korg wavestation ex in 1992!)

look like it can be used as midi /cv gate interface and that it can transmit the modulations and 16 step arppegio via cv

it seems there is no fm from the osc (maybe dco3 can modulate the filter not sure)... and lfo can go only to 100 hz ..

yeah, i read the manual when it was first released, very powerful synth. would make a great partner to the blofeld. feiend used to own an original pulse when they first came out too, and loved it. had a mwxt for many years, loved that! love waldorf gear!

agreed. usual waldorf product, amazing on one hand, but editing is an afterthought

i've never had a problem with waldorf interfaces (and i've had 24u of modular, so i know all about knobbyness/hands on), always found them very quick and easy to program. once the initial short learning curve is over they become very intuitive.

blofed is such a bargain imo, it s a virus killer for 200 euros second hand , and the one with key have really good keyboard.. i want one.. and this pulse too

but no modulation from the dco on the pulse (except on filter ) is such a disapointment... why not all synth come with fm ! analog fm can sound so good it should be defaul one all these newer synth.. (bass station ,no fm?? com on that a joke ! lol , moog hello??) )

Voyager has FM and the SubPhatty's LFO goes in the khz region and tracks the keyboard as well.

waiting for full featured moog synth that use sub phatty osc / filter /saturation ,that will slay the voyager !

too much synth lack features and feel like hald backed product.. sub phatty dont even have cv mod ect..(i have read they are thinking to it..) they could make perfect product but no

thats really frustating as it sound great..

The thing with Moog music is that they will not make one synth to rule them all as it will sink current models to oblivion...
