awsome party, killer music and vibe. I cant think of any other promoter this season (nor cal or south) that is on the roll the psytribe is.......mad props |

this party was so fun...the music was super fluffy but the energy of all the beautiful people there kept me dancing all night and day! the l.a. trance crew is bolenat! well done psytribe!

PROBABLY MY BEST PARTY IN L.A!!
Thank you psytribe for all the hard work and dedication for bringing to us every month some of the finest djs and parties. Our beloved secret location looked fabulous as ever.it was also a great idea to offer trashbags to everybody at the entrance!!
I arrived at the party around 12.45am only to find rich banging some great sounds...felt bad i could hear only a bit of it....job well done my friend.whatever i heard sounded awesome!!!Then we had this dude from san diego throwing out some crazy mad tunes. He sounded real good except some of the tracks were not my style. But considering the shouts from the dance floor i guess ppl liked it!!
Nathan came on at 2am. The doctor did not dissapoint, banging the dance floor with some full on sounds but could instantly switch to a lower bpm and changing the mood very well.Great visuals too my friend....hope to see you in asia soon:)
Then was the higlight of the evening...joti sidhu!!! One of the best sets i have heard in a long time. This guy carried on non stop for 4 hrs banging some real good dark full on sounds. But as the sun came out, he switched to the great melodic goa sounds which just sent everyone into sheer happiness. He deserves all the best in life and hope Psychaos project goes a long way!!
Maili came on at 8a.m .To be honest i was not exactly looking forward to his set. But i just underestimated him. This guy played a two hour rocker set of full on israeli psychedelic which jsut blew me apart!! There were like 30-40 of us just goin nuts dancing out there. Great sounds!!
Then on it was the psytribe crew who carried on all the way till around 2.30 pm. Great stuff guys-you did send us all back home happy!!:)
I am leaving for a road trip to canada.will be catching some parties up there!!see you all end of july!!
BOOOOM!!

i want to thank Joti for an amazing,well thought out set that included flawless mixing,and great pragraming that progressively built and dropped all night and day.............he is probably the most precise dj ive ever heard........
Much thanks and love also to all the people who helped put this together,and to all you people that brought your great vibe to the gathering.......

hmmm...jyoty.....havent seen the color of your 'ass' .....if i ever do, will defintely give a good review on how similar Jothi Sidhu's 'dark' trance is compared to your butt....
as for his music being dark, it was very DARK at NIGHT....but HE SWITCHED to morning, melodic goa in the MORNING(read my post a little carefully)....i dont know what your definition of 'dark' is......if its the same as on the Psytrance Dictioary then i will check it up and agree with you. But if its your style of dark-xenomorph,fungus funk etc, then i am sorry-my dark is different..its PSYTRANCE....everyone has their own perception, ideas and thoughts, its WHAT you think and make of the music.

o.k. shivma...we may have our own perceptions, and we are more than entitled to them, however, you say ur dark is psytrance... well how can something psychedelic be completely predictable with tweak free sounds and formulaic procession?
my idea of psychedelic trance is something that will remove my brain, grind it into a mush, and then reassemble it and stick it back in. boom !! |

Its WHAT you make out of it....Thats the beauty of psytrance!!Rememeber when you are dancing for hrs and you are so deep into your music, every track has its own meaning, its own ideas...now the guy dancing next to you might be listening to the SAME TRACK and thinking something WAY DIFFERENT, his own meaning, his own ideas. Might be DARK, might be BRIGHT:)
Your idea of psychedellic trance-'something that will remove my brain, grind it into a mush, and then reassemble it and stick it back in' is WAYYYYYY different than my psychedelic-, rythmic goa,intelligent, clear bass line not always loud unintelligent full-on with breaks, etc.
