Hey i live in Seattle, we have meetings every monday to plan psy parties or other electronic events. This weekend we are doing one in a party in an abandoned train tunnel and on november 3rd theres gonna be a warehouse party

Contemplated moving to Seattle quite a few times and bringing some darkpsy parties along... The cold scares me, but Flowers lunch buffet beckons me... Oh how it beckons!
A question to anyone with an opinion:
Realistically, if you threw a party with a recognizable darkpsy headliner, say Polyphonia as earlier mentioned, how many people could you expect to come out and do you think the scene there in general would be into harder and crazier music? |

Polyphonia played here in Oregon last year...a bit of overlap with the Seattle scene. I'd say there were about 150 folks at a pretty distant outdoor location.
Oregon has a significant amount of darker tunes, while Seattle seems to lean towards the progressive end. There are some fine DJs/Producers in Seattle though - Ghreg on Earth, Jowy, Waater...
Lots of events in both spots though. Sensient is coming soon! |

Wow, I am still impressed
For the past 5-6 years we have been hosting such artists as, Digital Talk, Fractal Cowboys, Ocelot, X-Dream, Monno of Grapes of Wrath & most recently..., Devic & Ghreg on Earth had just played an event.
Now, Molecular, formerly known as Environmental Structures, we wish to push the envelope and bring many newcomers into the underground as well as to try and flourish our leaves outside of our realms and into the world. It can be nice to dance with your friends and family, though it can also be nice to 'dance like nobody is watching'.
