Psycosmo - If you check the thread in the trance art section you will find all of the details of this matter there including the web address of the site where I bought the backdrops from. You can check it out for yourself and find I'm telling the truth (http://groovyuv.co.uk). I'm not dodging responsibility, my responsibility is not selling copied designs and when this was brought to my attention I stopped selling them and contacted the site I bought them from to complain and make sure they stopped selling them too. Any question of design copying must surely come back to them as they were the ones who sold them to me.
It's been dealt with, I have made apologies for my error and the designs are not on sale, please let's just move on.

Well I think this is more a case of receiving copyright-infringing property, but that isnt legal either, although I would imagine if the receiver had no reasonable way of knowing that they couldn't be held liable. The person who commissioned the work from the shop certainly could though, I think the key is to find out who that person is.

btw daya the design PR3 on the groovy uv site also resembles one of your designs..(a lot)
what a shame this kind of things r going on..

I agree Daya, I'm trying to put my mistake behind me too but I keep finding new threads about it. I think you have understood that this was not intentional on my part so yes, let's just leave it at that.
