so what? dont go to clubs when u dont like it, whats the problem?
personally i had some smashing experiences in clubs, offcourse its very different from an outdoor no question about that...
and what are psy ppl for u anyway? sounds not very open minded to me what u say about `"non psy" ppl. u wanne create some snobish cult that just the ppl u like can enjoy a certain party?
sorry for being a bit harsh but this is my view of things... |

there's a great indoor party place here in Helsinki..
it's a old stable built for the Russian tsar's horses..
I kind a like it..
actually I do like the whole indoor warehouse underground feeling thingy..
then again..
when I was in Thailand in Koh Phangan in a full moon party.. well that was pretty awesome too..

Outdoors/Indoors?
Psychedelic/Progressive?
The scene has been taking this two directions?
Due to the conditions you all have been mentioning (restrictions, climate, national culture), do you think the scene will slip in two?...or three, or four...
Maybe I should have started a new thread with this, but I think it's in the sequence of what's been in here.

The way is see it, two things are happening at once:
1. when you have indoor parties, (this is what i noticed in israel) you get a much larger sect of the population to attend. i know people that going to an outdoor party in the middle of nowhere is too much of a production to them. I went to a party in gan oranim near my apt in israel, and was shocked at all the "lo kshurim" or the people i wouldnt normally see at outdoor parties. I actually liked it, i saw some of the girls from the house scene and some of the dudes from the no clue MTV parties.... i will take them anyday. i see it as a blessing when more people can be exposed to trance!
2. places like NYC, where i am now, dont really have outdoor events ever, so its common that every party here is in a club. you know what? its not that bad. its just a matter of getting used to it. Ofcourse i would much rather be outdoors but ce la vie.

here in israel its prety work like that, but where the progressive was found its a opposite.

yea, i dont understand what is the problem with indoor partys...i love them both, indoor or outdoor
its all depends on the vibe and the music.

Oi!
I'm totaly with you on this one. But we cannot ignore the weather too. It is stupid to argue that indoors parties are better, everybody knows that there is nothing like a good psytrance outside in the woods or in the desert. so nobody would go indoor if they could choose. So there is nothing you can actually do. Except move to Israel!  ))
