Hey..
a friend of mine is in Hawai and there seems to be no scene there... I read someone a long time ago that there were a few big parties there with good line-ups... does someone know any info site of the scene in Hawai...

there is a music expo sept 26 th weekend..on the thursday will be a mechanik sound label party with neuromotor hyper frequencies and ananda!~ yayayayyaya!~

I went to a festival there a coupe years ago on the big island. Tristan, Hallucinogen, Shpongle and others. I think there are some CCC people on the big island who threw this party but I don't know if they do any others there. soemone I know mentioned a cafe owner throwing full moon parties on the kona side. On Oahu (the main island) there is no psytrance at all. I know a couple club owners who have invited me to play there whenever I can come out. And as Sho mentioned, the electronic music expo will indeed be exposing psytrance to mainstream Hawaii in a big way. Reminds me of when my brother and I helped create the punk scene there back in the early 80s. and I may be moving back soon to help grow the psytrance scene... |

It'll be interesting to see who goes to this. I'm spreading the word about it to my punk/industrial friends over there as well as some of the underground club people who aren't familiar with psytrance. I myself am going cos I think this is going to be the big door hawaii needs to step into the realm of psychedelic trance.

Yes! It is true ... There is no Psy scene on the islands, until now! The Ring of Fire party took place on the Big Island. We are the first to bring psy to Oahu ... Imagine releasing this power on virgin ears! Maybe we will induce an inter-island tsunami!!
