I know this vocal from a Playstation 1 game!!!! It´s a "carpet" game, where u need to "dance" according to the music!!!! The arcade version is very popular here in Brazil!
Btw, this music is the harder level of the game!!! High bpm, only for professional dancers!!! looool

It's a song from a group called "2unlimited".
They were very popular in the early 90s, when all that dancefloor stuff came out, with a man rapping and a womans singing.....

a noteable thing to mention about this track is that there is only 1 - 8bar in the entire track with the original tribal dance melody.
this is obviously a "kitch" track..... but it is extremely well done.
