you can make a special deliver that will vost 5$ more but then its their responsibility and the parcels getting to your house by a massenger.
and before ordering always check the terms...it should be written there on which side the responsibility lies in at cases like that.
and costumer service is hell importent indeed...wirikuta.at for example got well one...they always answer to e-mails and as quickly as possible...one of the cds i orderd from them had a some kind of a matirial (beats the shit out of me) on it and some of the tracks sound fragmented although the cds was well wrapped and closed...i e-mail to them and they told me to send it back and they'll send a new one.
