Psysale - Trance-Shop is a fake

I bought 2 cds on psysale , a webshop that is powered by trance-shop. My order is number: 800479
I bought VA - Levitation and Lucy in Space With Diamonds - Emerald City. When I received the cds , the box of va - levitation was empty ! But it was safety closed before I open . What a surprise for me , I payed U$15,00 for a empty box . I send a lot of emails for both sites and I got no answer about this. What I have to do now ? How can I trust in a website that sends empty boxes for the customers ? So please don't trust in PSYSALE OR TRANCE-SHOP !

First of all: Stop with the caps lock, it's really ugly.
Second: When did it happen, and more importantly - how much time did you give Psysale/Trance-Shop to answer your mails? If the case was properly sealed, there's also the option that it's a mistake in the label/factory, and not at the shop.
Anyways it's a shitty situation for you though, I can luckily say that I have never encountered any problems in all the years I have ordered at Psyshop, Trance-Shop and Saikosounds - but mistakes do happen.

im sorry that this happend to you!_i have no idea about psysale_but i ordered many times on trance-shop.com and they always delivered fast,no problems with the cds or dvds and usually you get some extra stuff like stickers-mm magazine+++_thanx for the info anyway...i hope your problem will be solved-good luck  |

I got a bad Shpongle cd from them. The cover was like wrapped and obviously they saw that when they packed it.. still they sent it to me.. not that big a deal but still i'd love to receive my cds 100% right.. no defects thank you

traveller, this week I recieved some CDs from psysale and the Cyber Cartel album came all wet, there was water inside the package, the booklet was basically destroyed and I'm afraid the CD will be wasted in a short time because you can see a "water mark" just looking at it.
This is sad because I bought the CD to spin at my small parties and I'm afraid to spin it and it broke up in the middle of my set... 
However I won't send them a complain, because I know it will give me more stress than what it is worth.

I bought various cds both from Psysale and Trance shop and never encountered any problem: fast delivery and cds in perfect condition.
Problems can happen to every (good or bad) cd store...it's the customer service that can make the difference...
But I'd wait before slagging off an online store before everything has been tried out. |

i have nothing to say in respect to fullon's and traveller's problem, but an empty case is almost surely not the shop's fault, but rather the presser's mistake; I would say contact the label, they are more responsible for this and if nice will send you a copy.

i ordered some cd's from psysale not too long ago and they were taking forever to get here so i contacted custumer support a couple of times and never got answer. My cd's got in fine... one of the boxes was broken, but thats obviously something i don't hold against them... more bubble wrap next time 
from my experience not being able to get an email back from custumer support even if it's just for something that small worries me a bit. Saiko sounds, psyshop or even wirikuta have never left an email unreplied from me.
@fullon: water does not damage CD's i wash mine with liquid soap on the sink whenever they get dusty and there's never been problem unless they were 'home-made' so to speak. and in that case the front cover looks degrated but the quality of the information on the other side is always intact.

I can say that amboworld (and therefore i guess chaos unlimited) has some very good customer support, answer emails very quickly and are very nice.

I've ordered CDs from Saiko Sounds and still plastic covers were destroyed. It depends what retard put it on ship or plane. You know the ppl who deal with bargage are not smart to read English. |

all i can say is that it does happend everywhere i got ripped off on a CD sale on Ebay and the guy said i offer no insurance so therefore no refund so i got fucked...... who on earth can assure me that he did sent it??? no one-right? so careful when you buy thats all i can say.....
