i know this really is a copy from the post psy movies, but i'm more into gaming ......so any top lists for psychedelic games??? my list follows......some have gr8 samples
Chickens ------awesome game which includes a druggy mode!!!! (no music /speech though)
dopewars
descent ------ the best space shooter
quake ------ of course every1 knows that!
blood (the original) --- this is one of the most evil games ever (IMO)!

cmon.............descent II is severely psychedelic with 360 degrees of movement..........usage of mirrors along with the monitor is supposed to give a total 3d effect...........
i agree, quake is not psychedelic.....mistake, but what about Doom II ??? |

Ultrafox, i agree with you......doom 2 is not psy.........
but what bout half-life with all the alien stuff???
and another game called Out of this world (pretty old one)........
Panzer, ur right.....Grim Fandango is very trippy (it better be coz it comes from George Lucas, right?)
how bout Midtown Madness........running over everything in sight(driving a bus) sure is trippy.....!

Yep, a little shroom head, bouncing around and fighting ugly creatures is the definition of psychedelic for me. 
Another psychedelic game for me is Spider Solitaire.
