fear n loathing in las vegas is the one... 
but u also have doberman, crazy french movie with amazing camera shots... total psy 
fight club isnt psychadelic, its about life and most of it is very realistic and actual... great movie anyway, one of the best.
clockwork orange indid, and some of vim venders movies (if u know them...) like the end of the world ...
i'm gonna think of more...

How High - for the potheads
Mononoke Hime - beautifull and quirki movie
Ghost in the Shell - cyberpunk novel come to life
Akira - errr... if no one here saw this, you're in a serious drawback. get it!
the Ninja Wrath - cool movie to watch while puffing on some.
Ninja Scroll - need i say more?
Requiem for a dream - 'nuff said
Natural Born Killers - those animations are weird.
Pink Floyd - The Wall - Allways a classic.
Monty Python Galore - all their movies are wacky.
psychedlics? - try Strange Days with raphe fines.

i think u forget some 3 big movies of that section...
1. big lebowsky...or how u say it...from the one and only joels brothers...im a fan of almost all their movies!
some psychdelic secene there i cant forget...
2. i dont remember how it calles exactly but sure a must...
BE JHON MALCOVITCH... that movie is a movie about movie....just genious script imo.
3. also the lord of the ring
very trippy movie. when u see that its like u going to a trip.

yeah neo, space jam!
the opening from the doors film is amazing when jim morrison walks in the desert...
i also can think about walt disney "fantasia" movie
its the 1st movie to use surround music like we used today... and it was in the early 50's...
