PSY VIBES presents...
DNA live act + dj set (PHONOKOL REC)
DNA are Eitan Tanami(a.k.a Injection) and Zeev Kardonski, both based in sunny Israel.
These two creative brains are considered as one of the leading electronic music producers roaming earth.
Active since 2001, the DNA sound has been moving dance floors for years now.
The authentic, unique & genuine fat sound produced by DNA has already been featured on numerous releases on leading label's all over the world, these labels include: Phonokol (IL), there home base, TIP World (UK), Cosmophilia/Baloonia (GR), Trancelucent Prod. (IL), Quest4Goa (PT), Heart of Trance (JP/IL), Dooflex (IL), YSE (UK), Happy People Prod. (CH) & Shivlink (IN).
In 2006 brought forth DNA's debut studio album "Kick Me UP" CD, a charitable journey of selectively selected high quality trance tracks.
A maxi CD release "The Music" EP, was released two month prior serving as a preview, it became an instant, overnight success, placing DNA as one of the most influential groups of 2006.
Later that year DNA received the task of compiling the next Phonokol's legendary compilation series "The next generation".
"The next Generation - By DNA" was an instant hit, including massive remixes, by DNA, to tracks by: Wizzy Noise, Psysex, Quantum & Melicia. Collaboration with Melicia, and other hits produced by leading artists they respect and feature in their Dj sets.
Its been a hell of a ride for the DNA boys, standing, front row, alongside the TOP Psy Trance producers worldwide.
Their different style and approach, has been gaining huge support from fans and producers worldwide.
DNA's highly anticipated, second featured studio album release, "Break Out" is just around the corner and is expected to be released 09.2007 (Phonokol Rec.).
DOC dj set (Candyflip_records)
Born in Athens Greece, 1/08/1966 He has started to sing in Punk rock bands at the age of 16. After his music interests mooved from punk to heavy and thrash metal ,where at the beggining of the 90s he started to mix metal and indie rock at small clubs and bars in Thessaloniki. At the same time he made his first contact with the first underground rave parties and got infected by the psychedelic sounds of trance . After 1996 he starts to mix psy trance at illegal parties in warehouses At the summer of 1997 ,he has been playing every summer as a resident dj at the open air club "Mojo" at the island of Ios along with international guest djs like:Atmos ,James monro ,Anti, Synchro ,Mark Allen etc. During the winter time (1998 - 2006) he was travelling around the world and has played from small jungle and beach parties in Goa ,Thailand, mexico and Byron bay Australia to big open air parties and festivals in : Japan(Bomodori 2001) , Germany(Ov -silence 2004-2006, Voov expierience 2006 , Hungary( Porn dance &stars 2005), Australia (seismic chunk 2002), Switzerland,Holland,Belgium Portugal, Cyprus, and F.y.r.o.m. He is also the only greek dj who ve played to all Samothraki festivals(2001-02-03-05)and to all the rest big greek festivals (Butterfly, Magical forest, Cyberlight, Twillight zone). At the beginning of 2002 he became an official dj of Candyflip records and has been promoting the label with his djsets in Greece and around the world. These days he is playing a variety of groovy psytrance and psy progressive soundz filled with electro elements.For 2007 he has been booked for" Queensday street festival" in Amsterdam,"No mans land festival" in Hungary,"Antaris festival" in Germany and at "Butterfly festival" at north Greece in August.

And you Magna ? Where you know about the costs of this party ? with 1 post here you think you know about costs/event ?
We have see cheaper entrances this year at neraida ( 2 live / 20 euro, 2 live / 20 euro, 6 live / 30 euro, 3 live plus gms / 30 euro) -
apothiki ( 4 live / 20 euro )
decadance ( 1 live / 20 euro * 1 live / 20 euro )
I see at athens 2 lives / 20 (MAX 25) Euro include drink and many many new prises for this year. ..

Man is two names...
Doc is one of older dj in psy scene in Greece with perfect mixing skills and he is Manager of Candyflip rec. Dont forget that
About price,they exist more expensively...(25e = 25lt diesel now)

Organising parties is very risky and costs a lot of money and indeed foreign artists dont visit our country for free (although DNA is not a well known name in the scene and i doubt he charges a lot) but nevertheless this event has a very high entrance fee.
Yes there are more expensive events taking place from time to time but their line ups (and not only) are much more expensive than this one so this is not a valid excuse.
My advise to the organisers is to lower it to at least 20 euros so that the people will support it,after all its their first event and it is a good chance to make a good start and present their organisation to the people.

not exactly their first...
i've attended Goblin (psysex), solar fx and absolut zero in mylos which was held by psyvibes...
i don't really know if there was another before in thessaloniki or in any other city..

This isn't our first party for sure...but we like to see smiling faces and not like these faces...

indeed it is the 2nd party but even the 1st 3-4 parties is still the begining...
like someone above mentioned it is risky doing parties..
i didnt say it is a cheap party.. but since its the begining of psy vibes.. it doesn have any funs and support yet.. making it costlier than it should..
i have a feeling that having ppls support psyvibes can and "want" to drop fees down to 15-20... if ofc they know a certain amount of pplo will attend.. under no circumstances psy vibes want to steal ur wallets...
about what is cheap on expensive in greece i have no clue.. i only started going clubing in greece last year...
been in uk till last year.. so sorry about that... next year i will know better |

Ok! lets make money now! First we put 25euros entrance but we have doubts if its high or not... Ok I'll let it 25, ppl will come... I make enough money with 25!
Next... Not really good feedback.. lets think again.. I'll reduce it to 20 because the feedback was not good and i will not make big money.. So with 20e i'll make less money but thats for sure!
HAHA! thats really funny! And no.. no real promo ever made that except in cases that the artist-s didnt came to play!
