Leave Skazi alone dammit 
Hi there B.
Get in touch with people from Georgia who listen to psychedelic music. Try to find people who really know it and who follow it. Look for people with different styles. Hopefully some of them know how to DJ. Find between 2 and 3 people who can DJ. Find a bunch of decent speakers and an amplifier. Find a location. Nature, club, garage, cave... Call your friends and tell them to call their friends. Trust me, some people will get hooked. Don't expect too many people the first time. Do this several times and you'll create the very begginings of a small scene.
And you don't need some famous artist to start with. If people don't know psytrance than how the hell would they know who "your favorite artist" is?
Then after couple of years you can bring Skazi  |

We just love new countries coming to the scene, as noone against Georgia. IMHO yyou can add alot to psytrance since IMHO you very musical nation, with nice mutlitimbral voices. Common your singing like fucking 128 polyphony synth!
