Gather man together, make small parties, download free applications start to make music, start to get more ppl inside of the scene, gather some money and get some uber cool psy artist from ie.Russia.
Find person who deal with outside events and equipment to them, speak to him and make him an offer he can't reject!

If you need djs/producers, then try to invite em, i'm sure there are 'nuff talented artists in this forum who would love to play for free... if you come up for the travelling and lodging expenses. free food and drinks would be appreciated as well

about location believe me u can't find more beautiful location than in Georgia. it's magic there.. 
i was born there and would like to visit.
if i come i have some experience in making parties..

Georgia can be very nice place to make parties, mountains, forests and alot of TV's. Just imagine all of them turn up on party.

yep psy com. isn't to big here in georgia
but i think they even don't know bout this kind of music. We want to make a party in forest agreee 100% it would be amaizing
