by your reply,i can already see that you have no clue whatsoever about music(pffffft... to think that california sunshine are one of the best??)...lmao...
and yea,there is a biggggggg problem with israeli full on trash (god,it's like saying that boy-bands are the best and most original stuff)...are you kidding me??...lmao again...
as someone that grew up in israel,i know about the scene much more then you'll ever (on any continent or in any country)...thats why i'm not surprised by your response...
and about the crowd again you have no knowledge at all what it is to be in a party where everyone actually knows how to DANCE and have the best vibes and actually know who and whats playing....i'm sick of seeing candy kids with their whistles,break dancing around me,who think they're "raving" it's like they got lost on their way somewhere,saw drugs and loud music and figured; what the hell..Not to mention they have no idea what kind of music is playing...of course there are exceptions,i've met great ppl in parties here.i just think alot of parties are filled with ppl who haven't got the slightest idea about "psychedelia" and the real meaning of psytrance parties.
as i said above,it's all about money anyway but i'm staying optimistic for better music...and better parties with people that ACTUALLY know what they're dancing to

We're throwing N.O.D.E.M.(Night of Dark Electronic Music) again!
Expect to hear a whole lot of DARK PSY TRANCE.... DARK TRANCE...HARD TRANCE ...etc.

Does anyone know what's going on with the Infected Mushroom party on Jan 29th in Toronto? I heard from someone that it was cancelled and I just saw that the Guvernment's website doesn't have Infected Mushroom scheduled there. |

LOL, psyhead, when you say : the music scene in Montreal Is Not Good (...) its mainly full on(most of it israeli full on..) and the crowd is not even matching the party.
it is very very funny man, but it only your opinion! In Montreal , the peoples liked the best music from different styles of psy trance....
He have many big and good partys here included psy trance, progressif and tech trance. For me a real psy trance party is when you have a real and completed harmony on the dance floor with severals psy trance music styles in the line up, not only full on or not only progressif or tech trance. For have a real and amazing vibe, for me is when you have a good evolution and a good harmony with all the kings of trance music ( shakra sens, reaction...) .
By exemple, @ Éclipse summer festival, you can have many kind of psy trance in the line up ( full on , progressif and more tech trance), it is why you can have a good evolution in the party. The full on music is for me, for the prime time, but off course all the kind of psy trance that you can listen have a good time for listen, it depend the way that you feel in the partys .... A good live live act is a good live act, progressif or full on or tech trance...
so when you say the musical scene is not good in Montreal. I think that it s not truth, because by exemple since 2 last year here, many good artists are coming: I go in each party for promotion, and i can say you that the scene here is in evolution since 2 years, more peoples know the music and known the reasons why they coming in the partys...IF we have more partys since 2 years ago, it is because he have more peoples that love the goa trance atmosphere ( include psy trance full on, progressif, tech trance)...
since 2 years , in Montreal:

When you can make a various line up, for me the party is better , more completed, complete for have a better evolution in the evolution of the feelings on the dance floor.... In Montreal , the line up is for all trance lovers included full on, progressif and tech trance, and many peoples known the tracks , the artists.... He have many good djs in different style , and this djs played in the same party...
And now, the scene is in a better evolution, in a new construction, more peoples from different cultures come, because he have many and differents cultures here... so now, more peoples come from everywhere more than never since 10 years...

ok...first of all,you all blew it waaay out of proportion....
what i meant is that i'de like to see more SUOMI in those line ups that you're talking about...regarding the crowd,as long as they have a clue whats playing thats fine with me....(i recall alot of candy kids in Rinkadinks party thinking they were at some happy hardcore party..they didn't even like the music,they just danced their asses off coz they were high!!) but thats my opinion and you guys dont have to agree with it....
digbeez; i never said that parties in israel are great and always have the best vibes...but at least you have more possibilities and more intresting music....(suomi,danish,aussie,swedish...)

i personaly think that you're acting like you're in some "shuk" cause you dont know how to respect other people's opinion and i didnt say Montreal is no good...if you read carefully,you will see that i was refering to the MUSIC SCENE in Montreal and i still stand behind what i said...i think Montreal has great potential and i see the scene growing..it has to start somewhere...
Rickam; you're indeed a good guy and i have to admit that i did enjoy the vibes in Montreal parties...but as i said,that was MY opinion about the candy kids and the music scene...of course,its not including the many good people i've met....and + i would never forget Psychaos..he was really awesome...i just would really like to see; texas faggot coming to Montreal or neuron compost,mussy moody,etc.. not only will you get good vibes,but also the best music I.M.O.
now to remind you all,this is MY opinion...you dont have to agree with me on any of this...debate between full on psytech,prog,etc...
it's getting pretty old for me and very tiring cause everyone has their individual views and will keep loving whatever music they like and i for one respect that...

Last year Jason from Tegma played in Toronto and totally killed the dancefloor. I honestly can admit that I haven't danced like that in a long time . I really hope Zev will bring Jason again to Toronto. Good luck man! |

can never seem to be able to find trance parties here , always haveing to drive far , unless someone decides to come dj a party here once a year

Sachkan: Most parties are listed here, but I'll add you to our mailing list and keep you posted about any of our upcoming parties.
Our next party will be Broken Toy March 11. All the details are still being worked out but everything should be sorted in the next few days and I'll let everyone know.

For the scene in Montreal, I feel I have to defend it a bit.

we always try and bring in the best artist at the moment, and always try and diversify the sound being played.
TechSafari is preparing another Eclipse for 2005 with Full-On and Progressive artist which will be a 3-day Killer Festival
And us at the moment, are preparing for Broken Toy on March 12th here in Montreal (indoors)
