not exactly classical mushroom but a updated melodic stuff. why do u think mushroom the last ones that maded melodie ??
there is alot updated high class melodic stuff, but somehow full on dj's prefer play "cats in blender" stuff all party long.

There are a lot of progressive trance artists in israel, I think that question is what is progressive...It can also be melodic and fast, u know.

Cosmic Tone - nissan and Noga are constructing the best prog/minimal I know.

I think that though we don't always realize it, the Israeli crowd of today is very open minded. I hear at parties all kinds of music at all kinds of times. Friends that come here to DJ and play from overseas are always saying that the Israeli crowd is the most open minded and that the parties in Israel have very diverse music.
I think the problem is sometimes the way the line-up is built.
And yes, there are artists making excellent progressive music here, though usually not the soft clubby type.
And yes, I'm also waiting for good musical melodies to come back, and I already heard some good signs of things to come.
