I get what you are saying and can see that we are talking about different genre design, but it's all good - no right or wrong answer here, only endless information.

@Rework, in this case I meant the track might sound a bit less 'machine-like' when the snare's moved slightly out of sync with the kick, and its timing is varied compared to the that of the kick. As if someone's actually playing the drums. So I wasn't referring to a plugin. |
