Com.Pact is just a small label with very good music (think sync - the best!) now stop argueing everything is ok herbal essence will get his money i'm sure..

there are alot of shiti labels in that sene, but for sure its not COMPACT!!!!!!
we never had money problems with compact, everything was on time, or even before, and its not just us, all compact crew, so,,,,,,, |

a little thing to clear up
first of all - all the people who have problems with me i will talk to them personally not in here
couse i see other people r disturbed by that
second of all - i never left com.pact becouse they were non-reliable label
i left com.pact for two personal reasons
and not becouse ihad money troubles with them
i never had this kind of troubles with them
gadi and his label is most reliable

Chill man and go get some psychiatric therapy.
As for Compact, as far as I know they do not have problems with paying their artists. They have happy artists in their label that have been there for years. Compact takes care of its artists.
As for labels being leeches, not nice of you Yuli. Yes there are a few labels who do take advantage of their artists, but most of them respect and take care of their artists and don't try to screw them any chance they get like u tried to make it look like Yuli.

Sorry RaverGirl but you're not right. There are many bands, especially non Isralie bands, that have and have had a lot of problems with Com.Pact.... Of course Com.Pact treat some of their artists ok... especially the artists from Israel because they would get into too much trouble all the time I the did not treat them ok. It's easier to fuck someone that do not live around the corner.
Why do you think that Herbal Essence write a post like this? For fun? Read the post again... There is a lot of truth in those posts... Yeah I know it's a long post 
Or send Bim a e-mail. He could tell you a story or two.
And to Lish.
I am sure that Com.Pact have treated you ok. But that does not mean that they treat all artist ok just because they treat you ok.

And second I am behind Yuli 100%.. It's amazing how people that never have released a tune suddently become experts and know everything about everything... There are many labels out there that do many wrong things.. It's few labels that arr good labels. And we are not just talking about Israel here. We're talking about other countries too.
So the fact is. That there are many many leechers out there.... Like it or not!

Anyway I think I have said my thing in this post and it's time that I concentrate on other matters in life
So continue this discussion without me.
Just remember to treat eachother the right way... It's ok to have a different opinion but respect other people's opinions too.
I know there are many different opinions about Com.Pact. Just think about what's been said in these many posts. It's not something taken out of thin air. It's personal experiences that you can read about in this thread, at least from mine and Herbal Essence sake. And I know that Yuli have seen a lot of shit too in this scene/business and that he only try to help new artists with his knowledge... Just as I try to.

I detect a strong agenda from your side, Elysium agains us. otherwise, how come there is a reaction from you to almost EVERY reply in this topic (like you've apointed yourself to be the moderator of this thread...)?
bottom line, some will like us, some will not - the same with all other labels. The ones who wish to work with us are welcome to do so, and the ones who dont, well, its their choice, and I wish them success wherever they may go.
Try as you might, you will not stop Com.pact (or any other label) from contributing to the scene - like I said, there are the ones who do and the ones who talk. keep talking, and we'll keep on doing, I kinda like that arrangement.

A bit late in reply but still:
I have deleted this post (first round) and the reasons for that are simple.
First of all I must add that non of the reasons were personal or political.
Second I have nothing against the content of the thread, the writter might/probably is right and was hurt by the mentioned label. On the other hand it is childish and careless to post personal messages as such.
NO one can verify this input.
A business agreement is a private one and involves 2 parties. Writting things out of anger is dangerous and out of place.
No one knows exactly what really happend and running all kinds of thoughts has no real value or insight.
FREEDOM of speech is something I value and cherish - but this issue has nothing to do with it. Me deleting this post wasnt intended to Shut someone up or protect a labels rep. - I couldnt care less - I am all for truth and honesty.
One more issue, one more note, a way of life (IMO)
YOU got fucked - learn from it and be smarter - thats growing up. Be smart and be prepared for the next round.
I have been Fucked in ther past and in areas which the lose is greater.
You feel you want to help other artists? help the younger genration?? - Thats cool but there is no reason posting names.
If you want to pass your wisdom - Do but do it with a bit of thought prior.

i am just passing this side and saw this funny thing.There is a Artist who is living most of from his music and all what he want is that
his Partner (the Label) stand behind his contracts what they are signed for.
How it looks the Label dont hold this contract about the Artist get no information at all
from the Label. For a German Artist will be
it very expensive to get his money over Court
and Lawer.About Israel is far out from his Home.So his last way is to go with his Problems into the Public about this is the way to wake up sleeping dogs. I think nobody thought that this ends in a perfect discussion like this. Over 8 sides now everybody knows it better and sometimes nobody knows annything and some people dammed the Artist for his request for help. But i ask me
where is the Problem ?The Labelside says
the money is here the Artist has to contact us.
Why?The Artist gave you Music ,you sold it and made money.So now you are responcible
that the Artist get his money.And mybe it is better to sent the Artist a short mail than to write long letters here.
This discussion is now 3-4 weeks old and
it looks like that nothing else is happent from the Labelside or?? In this time tha Label had
time enough to make this situation cleare with the Artist
so why you dont do it ??
and please dont say we have no invoice to pay.I think the herbale guys needs 5 minuts
to sent you a invoice when you ask for it |

Hey, moderators, when will you lock this thread up? when it gets to page 10000 ? let them have a private conversation without all the sneeky eyes of everyone, plus its bad reputation to com.pact and I dont think they deserve it , cause people who donno com.pact will now hate them , ok !??!
