Problems with Com.Pact, please help

The problem is that those promises have been promised many times before by Com.Pact aka. Bog and still not been carried out as promised. But of course Tal should get a chance to make things right again. And I hope Tal will be able to convince Bog to finally pay the artist their royalties as they have comitted themselves to do according to the signed agreements.
But in my opinion (as I have said before) there's nothing wrong with taking these things public when a label (or for that matter anyone else) have cheated and lied to artist over and over again. But I understand that some don't think it belong in a public place like this... I just don't agree. I think it's the perfect place to make people aware of what goes on "behind the scene" in our oh so "PLUR" scene.
And remember you always have the choice to not enter the post and read it !

I have a great idea. Why not ban Con.Tact so he still will be able to read what we write about him but won't be able to answer back... Now that would be hillarious

common guys, keep it up - we're almost crossing 8 pages!
Now go and find someone else to bother, and leave the work for the ones who are (actualy) doing it.
and Elysium, I dont have to convince bog to do anything. As we said the money is there, waiting for kind mr.herbal to do his part. Our label is functioning very good, thank you very much.

But my dear Tal Mr. Herbal already send you 2 invoices - 1 even recommended... How many invoices do you need?
I don't think I wan't to comment your remark about how good Com.Pact is functioning.

sorry people,
i just ´surf on this homepage after a long time and i find this discussion. i think cool, cool its getting public. it has taken time until this.
i dont know compact records. so i wont attack anyone here.
i just want to say.. the 2 most things i have heared from labels after not getting my money was:
1." what the money is not on your account? i have send it a week before.. must be a bank-mistake!"
2."what, i havent get any mail from you before .you have send me 5 emails ? sorry i havent got anything."

Lets not start another one, shall we? I need to finish downloading Infected's latest remix to "99 red baloons" from my Kazaa, and then I need to upload it back up for all my friends and writing in this site takes too much bandwidth... ;-)

why are you so mad? why do you insult everyone? it's not like we've done anything to you is it?
and then back to topic..
did i get it right? herbal-essence did send the invoice and this bog guy did receive it, but com.pact has some internal issues and therefore hasn't contacted herbal-essence back? but things will now because of this post change and herbal-essence will soon get his money? if this is how it goes. shame on you com.pact. i do understand that you might have some issues, nevertheless you should atleast keep the artist updated and tell him what's going on. if i got it wrong, well feel free to correct me..

I edited my two previous posts, I really don´t see a reason to get on some pp´s vibe... I remember some signature that said something about ignorance, bringng down to their level and beating u out of experience...
And also my late grandfather use to tell me not to bark back at barking dogs... I still do that sometimes 
I apolagize to all respectfull pp on this thread and forum... and I´ll ignore the barkin one... cause there isn´t much more to be said and done than...

its just pointless.
there is no way to know the whole story only by few posts...
im sure there is a long history for this kind of stories.
thats why it shouldnt be n e 1`s bizz but the label and artist.

I have been replying here because of sincere interest of helping younger artists to learn from mistakes of others and try to avoid 'sharks' in this industry to manipulate them and use them.
Anyway, now I see pretty clearly that I have wasted my time.. And actually realized that a lot of time passed since this forum was opened and the atmosphere back then was much better and ppl actually talked to each other.
I really hope for all the newbies in this business to get their shit right and not to get into sort of problems Herbal - Essence experiencing now.
I am finished with this discussion and others if they follow.
I just have better things to do.
