problem with my inbox

ok well I have explrer6 if it matter..
the problem is :
when I signd in for a long time I had inbox that could contain about 60 msgs easly , and the outbox too..
now as time flys I start to get massege from Arafela that my inbox running low gettin full and cant recieve more masseges.. now every time I get this massege I have less and less masseges...
for example last time I got it I had 14 msgs in the inbox and outbox was clean.. the one before I had 20 msgs inbox & outbox was clean...
I think its a bug though the admin can limit the inbox as long as he wants but having 11 msgs is hard thing to manage..
can someone help me?
