Probably coming to visit Israel next summer...what should I know?

take this small book with you and if you travel alon i can tell you the best way is to just move from place to place and never stay in one place to long.
there are many unfriendly people in israel so open your eyes when you see somthing is worng just get out of this slow and go to some other place.
hmm about places:
tel aviv: well i think its the most ugly city in israel but its just me.
to many cars, noise, and shops all over.
its vary amazing moment when you find some garden to sit and relex with out her all tel-aviv in your mind.
if you still going to tel aviv..just take a small trip to the sea and the city yaffo thet close and move on.
haifa and the north: well the best places i found there is: city of "Zfat" dont lose this one... you have all thet you can think of from amazing view to holy places and so on.
10 min drive you can get to: amirim, kadita
and you also still not far from the sea of "naria" (more or less)
all of this places are cool places, but dont look for any psytrance action on this places
its more relexing places.
for other good places (like the cenret)just look at book its realy help.
if you wont to go to the sout try to go to eilat for 2 days ( more then this is boring)
and for "mitzpa ramon" the desert and the people there are amazing ..
i was there for almot 2 years and maybe i will come back one day.
so i wish you nice travel and take it easy! 
for the record ..im not sure how to write the citys good in hebrew-english way so just look for closes names in your book to see what i talk about.
ha and one last thing, jerusalem arab aria its also nice, look around there and keep 3 eyes on your money  |

I just Returned from 3 months in Israel ,And I loved it ,Tel-aviv ,My friends,The Food the Girls ,Wowo Israel is amazing.But yes the Noise wowo to much.Every thing else is same same as the rest of the world,EVERY ONE THROWS THERE TRASH ON THE GROUND.Stop it Please all of you Earthlings. Oh And be nice to each other.
Hey while in Israel avoid any one from Kafar saba.with the last Name of IVAN..You'll get ripped off,Lied to,and then Raped...........Enjoy the Holy land and be sure to go to the Dead Sea,Ha Mat gader,and Gallilee,specificlly Jardanit.............Shabat Shalom |

sorry for asking such a question, plus i don't want to be ironic or a religious freak, but.. most of Greeks ( i don't know about the rest Europeans) are Christians (orthodox, not catholic)... so one of Greeks' (christians) most common habit is waving their right hand on their body shaping the sign of the cross (haha, you all know that but i don't know the exact word for this in english).
so, is there any possibility if a Greek (christian) 'shape' the cross in a public place, or even wear a cross around his neck, get any Israeli ppl offended due to their religious opposition? i'm mainly refering to elder men/women that could, of course, be more fanatic.
thank you for reading, and i hope i didn't offend/insult anyone; it's just i've been curious for this.

Hey about the 'cross shape' i know the word just forgot it now- i hate it when i forget words! anyhow, i dont think it should offened anyone- i mean does it offened a greek christian if he sees an jewish/israeli wearing a Kipa(the little 'hat'), i dont think it does and it shouldnt. each one lives to his on religion and has the right to express it as long its not as extreme as hurting others. And just for the record- greece- well athens is such an amazing place!!!! |

No way man, In Israel you also have Israely Arabs living (such as in Yafo, Ako, Jerusalem) which walk with "Kafya" and the women with body cover and no one is offended.
And i think the youngers are more fanatic than the elders.

If one will do this in synagogue, jewish holy place or yeshiva(religious school), I don't think ppl will like it. Other than that, no problem.

hey there...
i am an american and will be in israel next summer as well. i have spent a lot of time there already though doing both the group tour thing and the study thing. this time, im looking for more of a relaxing and partying trip!!!! i hope i can find some psy parties. when i was in haifa last year, it seemed that there were djs from all over the world that i knew of at a club monthly. |
