and here numbers for accomodations at idanha.

There's a small problem with these accomodations. None of them can speak english. Even at the hotels which I contacted, nobody could speak english. They couldn't even give me their email address on the phone so I can contact them through email for booking

What to do???

Will I be able to get by on simple phrases or should I be more fluent? Any suggestions on where I can brush up on my Portuguese and Castilian?           "It's ALL about the clickety-clack!!!!"-Neuronympho

Where did you hear that? By the way, there is an " f " missing in the " dificult " in your above sentence

Just kidding with you. Don't be mad.

Plenty of people speak English in Portugal. A few better than others but you should have no troubles. Just learn how to say "Por Favor" (please) and "Obrigado" (thank you), and everything is fine.

If you want I'm willing to help you against a small fee. You just have to pay me a beer on the festival. Feel free to pm me.
